Hope we don't have a return to America for the 2038 world cup, after this never again. They have had it twice in 32 years and both times made football look awkward. Okay world cup but terrible hosts.

Probably the most complicated world cup in terms of travel, visa restrictions, venues and times. It's madness to think Three massive counties like USA, Canada and Mexico hosted a world cup, no way this should have been allowed. Would have sooner have given the world cup to solely Canada, take it somewhere where world cup never been before. Its set to get even more complicated for 2030, with what five different hosts in three different continents and apparently 64 team tournament.

We(Canada) couldn't host it on our own. Not nearly enough stadiums suitable for it here.

 

Even the two we used are smaller capacity wise with Vancouver at 52K and Toronto with 45K, which was with about 15K temporary seats added.

Agreed, as much as i would love it, it just wouldnt happen without maybe sharing with mexico.

 

USA should never be able to host it again. They've had their share for the next century thanks

I’m going to need to get an extension built just for the wall-chart !

 

The draw will need to take place over a weekend with sleep breaks and an entire morning listing the permutations and caveats before it can start.

Even with the growth of the sport here, I don't see where we are hosting it again in our lifetime.

Australia and New Zealand are probably ready to host a world cup. Done a fantastic job with the womens world cup in 2023.

Ya it wont happen. Sad that I didn't get a chance to see it.  Its my dream to go to any worldcup game  but I wasnt about to travel to America for obvious reasons. Too much Canadian pride.
