Fosse93 Posted 5 August Posted 5 August It’s a solid signing. But I absolutely hear the concern about signing players who are 30+. Options for the 3 behind the striker would be: LW - Watson, Mavididi CAM - Chaplin, Cullen RW - Alves, Burns I think Page works best when played deeper as an 8. 1

I’m all for a pattering of experience but this doesn’t seem like a priority to me. One thing we’ve doing is ridding ourselves of losers he will have a different hard working mentality. Other than that I think he’s got to be backup having not long done his ACL and is now 31. But likely another last big pay day.

Ipswich fans absolutely love him (after reading the replies to this tweet) and in league one he should be very good.
