We need to give them time to iron out mistakes and await the signing of a striker.

The regular players we know to be horrible were,well horrible. Mavididi, Bobby Reid,okoli, so I'm not too shocked. Our academy players are very promising but my word do they lack the final pass/shot, that's apart of the growing they will need if they're gonna make a name for theirselves here.

The swamp is nowhere near drained.

Reid, Mavididi abominations of footballers. Thomas awful. Okoli can’t play this style of football. Souttar the definition of going through the motions. Choudhury strolling around collecting his £20k vile.

 

Braybrooke and Joseph the bright spots. Burns looks decent. We need ball playing centre halves and a proper outlet up front if we are going to be anywhere near title challengers. 
 

Boring nothing football, didn’t deserve a clean sheet with that defending. Oh dear.

I just think there’s a reason you pay the most money for a striker. That performance is completely different with a decent striker on the pitch imo

Good to win, but it’s just laughable and boring to play this style of football in league 1. 
 

What fun is there in watching us do 800+ passes, keep the ball for 80% of the game, but do **** all with it? 

Draining but early days one would hope.. best players were our academy lot. Their development will be the main thing keeping me interested.

What was the formation at the end after Cullen went off? We had no one playing Centre Forward. Is Martin trying to make a point to the board? Why did we have both Skipp and Choudhury on the pitch? Were we really that desperate for the win?
