Thought he was fine to be fair.

Not sure what his suppose to do when his isolated.

Thought he was miles off the pace, and it wasn’t a particularly fast-paced game.

He’s supposed to at least make a nuisance of himself - Even Bobby pressed better than him when he came on!

I felt he was ok. Certainly better than BDR. He certainly had better physicality than Caranza, so i dont think that will be his issue. It will take a little time.

Certainly didnt look tired when he went off, and would rather he had 1- minutes with the new wingers.

He may well end up being a lot better than BDR, but he wasn’t today!

As I said though, hopefully he is just one who needs time.

Steep learning curve for him. Tried hard, but was easily bullied off the ball and tended to throw himself on the ground. There's no VAR in L1 so he'll need to get used to people roughing him up somewhat. Obviously not up to speed yet and a difficult game to assess him on as he got little service, but still feel a proven L1 striker is required.

This is going to be a problem for our entire midfield. Got no physicality whatsoever and very little height, especially at CM. Theres going to be a lot of games at this level (especially away) where its a slog and we are going to come out the wrong side of it unless Martin addresses this in the market. Cant expect to play tika taka football on horrible pitches when the other team is kicking lumps out of you

Borderline semi-pro and was wildly unlikely to hit the ground running. Could well be a quality player in time, but the fact we seem to have given him the number 9 and considered that the striker problem solved is wild, even by KP & the gang standards.

i actually thought he looked alright, was feeding on scraps and put himself about, more than i can see for what we've seen the past 2 seasons

made a couple of decent runs too that our players were not capable of seeing or getting the ball to him for..

Didn’t he get a slight touch on the ball that took it over Burns for the goal?

Wasnt this his first start?

I mean, what exactly were people expecting from him today?

No he didn’t.

Yes it was.

I was expecting him to at least be able to link the play a bit and work hard. He didn’t really do either.

I wasn’t being overly critical anyway, just discussing his performance - Hopefully he’ll come good with a bit of time.

No qualms today. Shit service, tried to hold it up whilst being manhandled and had a dog shit central midfield to work with.

He'll come good.

Made good runs tbh and I liked having the big bloke presence up top - multiple players could have passed but either ran with the ball until they fell over or passed backwards. Infuriating.

I actually thought he looked better technically than I was expecting. Some nice touches and made some decent runs. Shame he was feeding on scraps all game

I thought he did ok but I’ve been watching Jordan Ayew and Patson Daka for the last few years so my judgement might be a little off.
if he stops throwing himself to the ground looking for a foul he’ll probably be alright.

He looked OK.

Ref let their CB’s get away with a lot against him but that’s this league isn’t it.

He tried, he occupied the CB’s and he was a threat both in behind and in the box.

He’s wank, got the a first touch worse than mine and for a big Bosnian guy very light weight. He’s going to have to man up in league 1. Not even close to being the solution to our striker issues. Will be amazed if he scores more than 6

He was miles better than BDR. So many runs off the ball that weren't delivered to him and he's got an assist. BDR came on to play centre forward and he basically never went near the penalty spot, which is unforgivable when you're chasing a game. Wanted to touch the ball out wide and deep

Good to see you giving him a chance
