What quick wins could a new owner implement that would immediately win you over?

Aside from obvious ones like sacking Rudkin, what would give you confidence that they're here for the right reasons.

 

One of the first things i'd like them to do is replace or recolour the seats in the stadium. It's sad how much KP has left the stadium to rot in the last 5 years or so.

 

Another would be a commitment to building the extension.

- Remove all barriers from buying tickets home and away.

- Remove all references to King Power at the ground (will be done anyway thankfully).

- Rename a stand after a player/manager.

- rip up the "fan engagement framework".

Move the Family stand and the Kop

Declare war on Coventry

build a statue of Morgan vardy and ranieri with the trophy

swap the kop and family stand around and put in more safe standing

overhaul the away priority point system

improve the concourse and food

sort the sky blue seats out

open communication with the fans

decent goal music

call It the filbert way stadium

Change the shirt sponsor to a real company (not a gambling or crypto firm, ideally something with a local link like Walkers)

Put someone in post that can have regular and open dialogue with the fans and communicate what their plans are regularly.

 

Communication is the most important thing.

I wouldn’t say it’s a quick win but if they decide to get rid of a manager maybe just maybe it would make sense to have someone in instead of taking a few weeks to get a replacement in. 
Majority of clubs get rid of a manager and have someone lined up within a week. 
The current owners it seems start looking for a replacement once they’ve god rid of a manager. Clueless. 
Exactly the same with recruitment of players.

If the expansion is going to be a long while open up the old electricity repair building as a fan zone with a bar the length of it and plaster the stadium and grounds with as much as they can with LCFC related images and info.

 

Even if it ends up with a sponsors name include a reference to it's location in that name so the fans can call it by that name ala Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium.

If talking about genuine quick overnight things:

 

• Have some humility
• Communicate and don't treat us like idiots
• Sack the morons responsible for all this effective immediately
• Sort the seats and give the ground a good refresh
• Give us a reason to get to the ground early with some nice (idelly local) food and drink
• Let me have my season ticket back as I only got rid because of KP

A breakaway from BC Game for a sponsor who is at least somewhat credible. 

A statue of a former player or manager. 

Most importantly, the removal of Jon Rudkin.
