Why? It will only drive the price down

it won't though will it? it'll make people who want to buy us value us lower, but the nepo baby won't shift his valuation

The price is what someone would be willing to pay for it and also what hes willing to accept. He wont want to accept even less than hes already stated.

We should be playing Braybroke in Skipps position, Page in Braybokes position and Alves as the AM.

Sort out the spine of the team and we will be able to dominate teams.

Stop playing players that are mentally scarred and cannot control, pass or drive forward with the ball.

How many players do you think we’ve got?

Hm, yeah...

I am not disgusted,  but fairly disappointed.

We could have been 2 up quite early on if we had a footballer playing instead of BDR.

- Souttar is a bomb scare, cash in and replace quickly.

-  Convinced Cullen has literally just been signed by RM as a mate. Not convinced hes a professional footballer.

- Bristric,  Howell & Watson never reall got chance to impact the game so i'll reserve judgement.

I still think we'll do well this season, despite that performance & result.

Ok mate I’m sure pragmatic Russ will have us switching it up next week

In the same way that Pep was pragmatic at Man City and Enzo was pragmatic with us in the Championship? I don't think the style needs switching up an enormous amount. We need to move the ball quicker and our players to make braver decisions. We also need Luke Thomas and Bobby Reid to be dropped and to replace the centre backs with 2 players capable of playing in the manner that the manager wants us to. There's time left in the window and we've already done a lot of business both in and out, so there's no reason to assume that it won't be done.

I understand that some of you don't like "tippy tappy" football, and that's fine. I didn't enjoy today either, but can be objective enough to understand how it could work effectively if we make the right changes.

The highlight of the game was watching Alves, Joseph and Braybrooke for me, they will only get better.

Skipp is solid enough defensively, hopefully he becomes more confident on the ball.

BDR and Cullen are part of the striking trio but are clearly not, so that leaves Bristric.

Concerning at the back. Had Ness not produced that hilarious miss of Bamford like proportions, County would have won this 2-1.

On the plus side, I'm seeing commitment and application that has been woefully absent for the last two seasons.

Think we ended with Choudhury as a 10, if that doesn't say we need to sign someone I don't know what will.

We’ve signed about 4 10s

😂

To be fair, this has been the issue at the club for years now. How long do we wait?

Largely agree. We have better options available already than Cullen, Bob and Thomas. IMO McCarthy too. And there were patches we looked really easy on the eye.

So that feck wit Martin thinks some of those players offer more than Page would have ????

Blokes an absolute fraud whose overwhelming skills are related to power point presentations to dim witted club owners

At least there is money to be made every week at the bookies because we are winning feck all

This obsession with passing it around the back even when there are no safe options, is so painful and infuriating to watch. It will cost us so many goals this season, but we will persist with it no matter what.

We're so slow with it even when there are safe options.

This confused me as well. I have said a few times that I would like to see Braybrooke play deeper and it happened toward the end of the game. The problem was he had Choudhury ahead of him and Skipp next to him.

I have no issue with possession based football, but this is bang on, when there are no safe options. A couple of time NC boxed off all our options and we still tried to force a tight 5 yard pass through that inevitably got cut out and they broke.

Why not switch the play or pop it into the channel when its quite clearly not on. Im sure everyone on this forum has played and watched enough football to know when there are no options you either start again, switch it or play the territory game, not force it through to someone who will have no chance to do anything with it other than get tackled.

Too many safe passes. Skipp plays the easy sideways pass everytime instead of trying to play in between the lines. We definetley need some more physicality brought in to the midfield. Far too lightweight
