I wonder if he will ever field an XI with full Foxestalk approval?

I'm not sure that's ever happened regardless of the manager 😂

New CB must be honking but glad BDR gets a start.

Buzzing now

Of all positions, is it not worth taking time with a CB so they understand our intended patterns of play and their immediate team mates habits a bit before chucking them in and potentially damaging their confidence? Especially such a young one

Almost full strength Id say. Like the wingers and Thomas has been ok the past 2 games at cb

Scrape a win today. Get the window closed.. work out our best eleven, then stop this fecking about and go and smash this league.. we have enough and the opposition really are a special kind of shite.. we'll be fine

About as good as we can put out that.

I think people are overthinking the Kangasniemi thing. He is young and come from a very different league. Martin is under pressure after the poor start to the season and off the back of a clean sheet, will be hoping to repeat that.

Howell and Alves were much brighter than Watson and Burns so good that they start. McFarlane as well.

He did fine at cb when doing zero defending - play anyone with any attack and he will be just as crap at Cb as left back

Don't get me wrong, I would like to see a proper CB in that position myself.

Be it Kangasniemi or O'Hora. Either one will probably will take Thomas' spot by Saturday against Oxford.

And then we've got competition at LB, too.

Don’t mind that line up at all. Back 5 deserved to stay the same after MK. With Howell and Alves coming in, some experience with BDCR isn’t a bad idea - in his best position too.

3-2 win - Bristric, Alves and Braybrooke

Striker BDCR and LB Thomas? Hell no.

But as CAM/CB respectively? At least its a change away from something that isn't working. Not quite as committal as I'd want it to be, but got to assume that Kanga isn't ready, and players like OHora/Lundstram (if they happen) will slot in ahead of them as options in time.

Otherwise, the squad looks fine. As with every game this season, on paper we should have the quality to win (even with Bobby and Thomas), and its these incremental changes that are hopefully putting us in the right direction. Once it clicks and we get a win, I'd imagine that'll start to pick up momentum and snowball. Hopefully, starting tonight.
