We think this is bloated because we haven’t had actual depth in a significant amount of time, we should have multiple players able to start in each position With only 7 subs it makes it very difficult to justify that many options. 1

Ric Flair Posted 1 October Posted 1 October To be fair he was excellent for Brussell in 23/24. Was their most impressive player in the few games I remember watching. Not done owt since though, but would be keen ro know if he was any good when on loan at Stoke back in 22/23.
st albans fox Posted 1 October Posted 1 October He should be a great addition but so many players who should have been great additions have turned out to be shit once they get here so I’m not going to get excited by his arrival

Is it over optimistic for us to think we might rest and rotate players to allow us to have real intensity. (Like all the teams we play against seem to have) 1
Aleksz Posted 1 October Posted 1 October Southampton fans are stunned he's ended up in league one. But but I know the Foxestalk rule of thumb, if another clubs fans think a player is crap then it means everything, and if they think he's good it means nothing 4
Dan Posted 1 October Posted 1 October Most predictable signing ever. Amazed it nevet happened in the summer tbh. 2
AKCJ Posted 1 October Posted 1 October All the hallmarks of a standard Leicester City signing. He will be one of the highest paid players in the division. He will be completely useless when the current manager is eventually sacked. Former Southampton. He will take game time from our most valuable player. He is coming off the back of a serious injury. His former club's fans don't rate him. "He'll be good for League 1". Free transfer so the agents will almost certainly be taking a huge cut. So yeah. Will probably have games where he looks decent but I don't think he will be a net positive here. 3
Lambert09 Posted 1 October Posted 1 October Replacing skipp with the most skipp signing imaginable…. Nice one 1

Bald man who looks better for it. Sure I saw a photo of him (Smallbone, not Golden God) with a lovely comb over this summer

Because he doesn’t want to be here and we simply offered more than everyone else. Standard Rudkin playbook . as soon as he couldn’t find a better option he’s taking the money Edited 1 October by Lambert09
Levi Port Posted 1 October Posted 1 October On a free, 26, proven top championship player although he has stalled. It’s good business objectively. Let’s see though, i always feel Martins teams are full of lightweight players and it’s just another one.
dayday Posted 1 October Posted 1 October What qualifications do you need to be a scout? , is it they’ve played for Southampton that’ll do

phoneticerror Posted 1 October Posted 1 October Have you played for Southampton? Yes? Welcome aboard!
Tielemans63 Posted 1 October Posted 1 October This ex Southampton thing is so ****ing weird. When is the club ever going to grow out of it?
Tielemans63 Posted 1 October Posted 1 October Finally shift Oliver Skipp out and replace him with Will Smallbone

The boy Linacre Posted 1 October Posted 1 October I mean seriously don't we learn?? We're skint, play hardball on the money or contract length, and jury is out as he is from Southampton and look how well that has gone over the last 5 years. Have we actually had a good one that has played for them previously, since KP owned the club? The guy is desperate, 2 years max, make him earn it, most of us get a 6 month probation!!!! 3 years hmmmm??? Thomas Hamza Vestergaard they all went very well Even if it works somewhat, how can he deserve 3 years currently??? 2
