Luton Away Match Thread 24/10/26 KO 12.30

[davieG]

[RumbleFox]

Our first ever line up.

[Aus Fox]

Line up looks settled… 3-0 win!

Alves, Riis, and Big Harry

[Stevosevic]

Turning out to be bad loan moves for Howell and Watson you would think…

[Sunbury Fox]

Feels like a huge sliding door moment today. COYF!

[Chelmofox]

Bobby clearly only picked because he can play in a few positions. Got to stop doing this as he is bad in all of them.

[Ryy]

Okoli brace

[Lesta2014]

Bout time page got his first league goal, todays the day.

[Ric Flair]

Burns deservedly replacing Howell on the bench

I thought you’d love a Smallbone on the bench…

[Staff]

Burns Chaplin Cullen Bobby on the bench is an actual disgrace. 4 players who offer **** all. Wherws the flexibility?

Now we have Burns who can cover the wing back role and Cullen/Smallbone can do the AM/CM roles if needed, has to be a matter of time until we drop him out entirely for Bristric on the bench. That bench with him covers everything, once we can get Joseph back in for Burns that’s a really decent bench that covers everything we could need

Which end?

[Shane]

6 players on the bench who prefer to play in central positions. We need options to provide width if needed.

Any of Aluko, Coulibaly, McFarlane, Howell or even Riley Carr would be better options than Cullen or Reid.

[Noahfence]

Burns, Smallbone, Reid, Cullen & Chaplin are all the same player

probably harsh on Smallbone actually

I feel having Bristric on the bench instead of Reid, would have been better

[Aleksz]

I give credit to Martin for the change in style and finding a team he’s settled on, but his bench picks are absolutely baffling at the minute. He’s picked three of the same profile of player in Chaplin, Cullen and Reid. Leaving out Bristric yet again - no proper striker if we’re chasing a game, and Howell who has creativity to change a game. Just weird.

KO 12:30pm btw.

Don't want anyone missing our first four goals.

Yeah, Watson is horrendous.

Howell slightly less so, but yeh...can't see either making it as top players.
