Number Ones

No charts when I was born. They started in the UK about 1953. Think in the USA there was a top 10 and number one was some rubbish I can't remember..

The UK one only starts in 1960. I feel old.

Call me an old stick in the mud if you will, but is it entirely sensible to be entering your date of birth into websites you've never used before???

simply choose a date of that particular week you were born, and the response will probably be the same.

I didn't, I'm just a freak and knew what was number one the day I was born.

It's frightening how many of these songs I can clearly remember.

Worse for me I have most of these on vinyl. That came a long time before downloads and CD's kids.

Big black circles of plastic that sounded great. Good artwork as well.

Mine is See my baby jive by Wizzard.

(I Can't Help) Falling in Love With You by UB40. Not bad, not bad.

I remember going to the flicks to see a film with this in when it came out, Sliver.

Sharon Stone naked. Also a lot of good songs in it, one was 'dance to the vibe' by Aftershock.
