Anyone that has tried to cut their own hair during lockdown will tell you it's not as easy as it sounds. lol

People playing music on a stereo when your going for a peaceful walk.

I don't want to listen to your sh*tty music. I want to listen to wildlife.

I would happily use up an entire life times worth of reps with this one.

It applies to when you are in your garden too.

It must have been close to 1 zillion that splatted against the windscreen on the way home from work this afternoon mate. Cats going mad for them in the garden right now too.

My garden was full of the little swines today.

Got the spray out and some boiling water to spoil their fun.

Waiting on hold for ages, twice, because the first one cut me off after I got through, and the choice of hold music, which is always distorted and jerky, included George Ezra, Blame it on me, with the chorus. "What you waiting for?"

Who thought that was a good idea.

Charity shops that won't accept donations unless you ring up first to make an appointment. Do the managers of these shops not realise what massive own goals they are scoring with this policy? I recently took a load of stuff in very good condition to a charity shop in Market Harborough. They turned me away, but provided their phone number instead and told me to make an appointment. So in frustration, I went to a rival charity shop nearby, who gratefully accepted the stuff there and then.

A similar policy of having to ring up first before being able to use recycling centres also seems like a very bad idea.

Most charity shops are, at usual times, full of stuff. Particularly with clothes, they often have way more in storage than they do on the rails and they have to rotate to make sure they're selling as much as they can. I read an article in lockdown and the consensus was that most of them were worried about a barrage of stock being donated once it was lifted because they would've been getting months worth of gear in a very condensed period.

Not to mention they regularly receive things that aren't sellable and need disposing (intentionally and unintentionally), and are often run by volunteers on generally very limited resources.
