How Do You Sleep? and Gimme Some Truth are Lennon classics for me. 

The first having a pop at Macca and the 2nd having a pop at Nixon, politicians and a few others. Both pretty acerbic.

A genuine win-win mate, I've always preferred Futures; Night Drive, Work and 23 are ridiculous, but Bleed American is phenomenal too. Think they're a bit too quickly written off because The Middle is so ubiquitous (despite being great) as pop punk dancefloor playlist shite. They're Susan Perb
