It will probably be sanctioned by the Luxembourg boxing board of control or something.  It doesn’t make sense that this has returned an abnormal result as a few others he’s done recently were negative, I thought..

Still, Eubank will love this as now he’s got the perfect excuse if he loses..

We’ve done blood tests on people that have said one thing then the complete opposite 6 hrs later so it’s only right there’s a second test done before we throw the book at him but totally the second test needs to be done quickly.. and as it will likely be from the same sample if that’s positive too then he’s done for surely.  No real signs of him taking a  testosterone booster other than the fact he’s an angry little sausage isn’t he!

They were made aware of the positive result from the A sample weeks ago but as this test was done under the voluntary testing program and the fight isn't being sanction by any of the world governing bodies, it's left to the promoter to order for the B sample to be tested. Yes it's down to Matchroom to order for the B sample to be tested and they've stalled it long enough so the fight can go ahead! In other major sports it would be down to either the national of world governing body to order the b sample to get tested immediately.

Postponed then. Excellent. That's Marshall v Shields and now Eubank Jnr v Benn. I wonder what will conspire to get the Marshall v Shields fight called off next week :D

Fury is now after the Central Area champion lol

Probably a better fight that Charr or Chisora 3! I'll accept Fury fighting a bum as a warm up fight in December IF the Usyk fight is going to be made for Feb/March next year but certainly won't be paying 25-30 quid to watch it

£26.95 for Fury v Chisora lol

Thank goodness for IPTV.

A lot of empty seats on ticketmaster too.

It’s obscene tbf, killing the sport shit like this.

Even I’m starting to loose interest, have cancelled DAZN, still watching a few cards on BT and Sky but boxing is no longer a reason I carry my subscriptions on, if we ever go down I think that’ll be me pulling the plug on them both.

This Is basically just the sport giving Del Boy a testimonial and a retirement payout.

Yeah same here. Boxing is eating itself.

Not sure if there is a UFC thread but if you dont ATM i suggest people who are feeling disinterested in boxing to start following MMA. UFC consistently pit the best vs the best and as the money isn't as good in UFC fighters are a lot more active than boxing. You'll get champions fighting 3/4 times a year

I've tried multiple times to get in to MMA and I just... can't.

I just don't find it interesting. I know that boxing has boring bouts, I know we get a lot of fights that are just circle, circle, jab, clinch on repeat.

But I'd still rather watch that than literally any grappling.

I swear every time I watch some "world class!" UFC guys fight its just literally five minutes of two blokes hugging each other on the floor with one guy wiggling occasionally to get away. It's so fvcking dull.

If it was all striking styles I'd be more inclined but given that a good grappler seems to trump a good striker 9/10 it just fvcking kills it.

And they're all fvcking crap by the standards of top boxers anyway. When a UFC "legendary striker" can get his ass kicked by Jake fvcking Paul then I'm sorry your sport has seriously low credibility. And I don't want to hear "yeah but he's old!", motherfvcker B-Hop was out there having title fights against top shelf boxers when he was like 73. Mike Tyson would murder JP in one round with one hand ffs.

Silva not out there losing because he's an ancient cripple, he's only 40 odd. Man lost because he's just a bang average boxer.

Completely agree,  i've seen American crowds going crazy when 2 blokes are just wrestling on the floor, i don't get it either.
