There's a few things in there for the more expert, too - some of the more recent discoveries I knew nothing about.

I love the way they discovered this object which is so far far out in space that they called in Farfarout :D

I'm currently watching the first season of Fargo. Been on my list for years but finally giving it a go. Upto episode 6 and enjoying it.

It’s superb

Binged Lucan on BBC tonight.

Absolutely astonishing documentary. Thought it would be just another true crime rehash, but it really goes somewhere unexpected. Definitely worth sticking with until the final act.

Can’t say much without spoiling it, but probably my favourite doc of the year.

I think they can do one more but yes agree if it goes on more than that it will become boring. The third season has been good but slow

Agreed thought it was great all of the way through.

Really enjoyed it.

I kept screaming DNA at the TV!

I binged it too, last night.

I agree with you but I have to say the ending couldn't be a surprise.

Although deciding to watch it, I thought if Lord Lucan had been found, it would have been all over the media and we would have known.

Really felt for the victims son afterwards and the strain his single mindedness and understandable determination  may have put on his own family.

I've genuinely never watched it. Don't mind any one involved but doesn't look like something I'd be remotely interested in.

Same with Growing Pains with Rhod Gilbert which is back on again.

Just had to watch 3 minutes of The Wheel, is all evening tv this bad

The Wheel is about as low as it gets.

Then there's Strictly Come Dancing.

And that's just Saturday evening.

Thankfully currently there's Asia with David Attenborough on that shows off the Beebs documentary making capability once again.

My fear is that, when Sir DA shuffles off this mortal coil, we'll get someone the likes of Chris Packham.

Well, Sir David has said Professor Brian Cox is his natural successor. Hasn't really got the gravitas yet, but perhaps that will come with time and he's certainly good at imparting science.

Does anyone actually enjoy The Last Leg? It’s always on after something watchable so I’ll give it 10 minutes.

It has been on for about 10 years and I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at it.

Proper shite stuff aint it, that Aussie bloke doing impassioned monologues wore thin on episode 1

It's awful.

Just a conduit to get...

Well, we know what I'm getting at.

I've no objection if there's actual talent on show.

Like so many examples in all walks of life, the real talent is pushed aside in order to achieve other agendas.

I know I'll get stick.
