ScouseFox Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 Liverpool look horrendously shite for most the game and score twice in 5 minutes. 3-2 up now. Shelvey was closest to it, think it was an OG though. If it was Shelvey's then 4 of 5 goalscorers (including all 3 of Liverpool's) went through West Ham's academy! Good stat.
Fox92 Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 Well, West Ham's academy has always been the best. Talking about players nowadays like Terry, Noble, Tomkins, Lampard, Cole, Carrick, Defore, Ferdinand and the legends of the game including Bobby Moore, Hurst, Peters etc.
AKCJ Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 Not a penalty for me. If you look you can see the ball pop up off the floor from where Reid gets his foot on it.
Kitchandro Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 Some of these refs need to be getting fined. They aren't refereeing the game properly, not just by getting things wrong, but not doing things in the way they are supposed to be doing them. At least twice he stopped the game when a player had a leg injury. He is not supposed to do that, if it's not a head injury, he shouldn't be stopping it, that's the rule, otherwise it gets way out of hand and the match becomes a complete bore full of stoppages. The players are usually fine anyway. Then the linesman at the end gave 2 free kicks for absolutely no reason, just because the Liverpool players were trying to keep it in the corner. It is not against the rules to hold it in the corner, so why do they keep giving free kicks for it? Why are they not being made accountable for these things when they are clearly giving wrong decisions for the wrong reasons. And then of course there's the numerous free kicks given to the home team just because the crowd makes a noise. Players are just throwing themselves to the floor whenever there's a physical challenge and the referee is giving it because the crowd asks for it. How do these referees continue to get away with this? Its not honest or professional refereeing. 3-2 was an extremely flattering scoreline to that match which was mainly a mixture of kick and rush, poor quality, petty fouls, timewasting and free kicks given for nothing. Games refereed in such a manner are not good to watch.
Super_horns Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 One of your guys said last week after each Sunday there is a negative story from the Premiership games...he's right again. Shame because we've had 2 fairly decent games otherwise. BTW You always seem to get free kicks given against a teasm holding it in the corner. I think the refs can blow up if there is a serious leg injury but fair point anyway...we had that yesterday when a Hull player went down holding his head but had a leg problem (for about 2 seconds ofcourse..)
The Year Of The Fox Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 Anyone else seen the picture going around of joe hart and rvp stood next to each other at x factor?
SystonFox Posted 9 December 2012 Posted 9 December 2012 Anyone else seen the picture going around of joe hart and rvp stood next to each other at x factor? Yeh. Bunchakunts
ozleicester Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 I find SAF's runs, from the bench to the sideline, increasingly funny.

leicesterisme Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 Class from Newcastle fans, they've sold the whole of that stand behind the goal on a Monday night.
scottthefox Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 Class from Newcastle fans, they've sold the whole of that stand behind the goal on a Monday night. And what a goal they were treated to! Is that the Knockaert song being sang as well? (Obviously not about Knockaert though)
AKCJ Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 Class from Newcastle fans, they've sold the whole of that stand behind the goal on a Monday night. Yeah they're making a lot of noise too. 570 mile around trip two weeks before Christmas, not many teams (besides those who have glory supporters) will do that. Especially in the form their in. Oh, and Ben Arfa scores a screamer. And what a goal they were treated to! Is that the Knockaert song being sang as well? (Obviously not about Knockaert though) The same tune but it sounds like it's being sung with completely different words. 2-1 now. Rodallega with a very good header. I'm enjoying this.
leicesterisme Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 I know they sing don't sell Cabeye but with the same words as us so I haven't got a clue what the one they're singing tonight is.
AKCJ Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 I know they sing don't sell Cabeye but with the same words as us so I haven't got a clue what the one they're singing tonight is. They're probably singing that, just doesn't sound the same as ours. Probably the Geordie accent.
marko Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 They're probably singing that, just doesn't sound the same as ours. Probably the Geordie accent. And they're not singing it at a million miles an hour.
AKCJ Posted 10 December 2012 Posted 10 December 2012 And they're not singing it at a million miles an hour. Very true.
foxfanazer Posted 11 December 2012 Posted 11 December 2012 I think O'neill will lose his job if Sunderland lose tonight. They're truely awful
z-layrex Posted 11 December 2012 Posted 11 December 2012 I think O'neill will lose his job if Sunderland lose tonight. They're truely awful MON is the greatest manager of all time and Sunderland are top of the league.
Matt Posted 15 December 2012 Posted 15 December 2012 Brendan Rodgers is a smug twat out of his depth. When he left Swansea I said he should have stayed and done a good job with a 'small' club and build them up instead of leave and end up doing a poor job at a big club.
