ADK Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Thought he blew with 20 seconds left and us in possesion.
Captain... Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 The ref didn't play the full 5 minutes added on. Looked like it on sky
Mark_w Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Thought he blew with 20 seconds left and us in possesion. I was at the game, but I've just rewatched it (That's not sad), according to the timer on Sky Sports he blew up pretty much on five minutes.
Kitchandro Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 The ref didn't play the full 5 minutes added on. I don't know where they got 5 minutes from in the first place
m00nie Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 I don't know where they got 5 minutes from in the first place 6 subs and a penalty apparently 6 X 30 + 2 miin
AyewJoking Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Must have been bitterley disappointed to lose after such a good start. Important win for us and thats all that matters. at the end of the day.to be fair.
gazmanthegun Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Just watched the championship highlights and lost any respect I had for Holloway. Well summed up by Claridge I thought, fair summary of our fortunes so far?
5waller5 Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Just watched the championship highlights and lost any respect I had for Holloway. Well summed up by Claridge I thought, fair summary of our fortunes so far? Apart from Claridge's summing up of the penalties - he can never bring himself to agree with anything given for us.
AKCJ Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 The ref didn't play the full 5 minutes added on. True. Saw what the fuss was about because i'd Sky+'d the game. We played something like 4 minutes 58 seconds What a bald cnut.
Guest Bilo Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Not only had 94:58 elapsed on the clock, but we were comfortably in possession in the middle of the park. Sour grapes and looking for excuses for his own team being outdone. Disappointing, I thought Holloway was a better man than that.
acooling08 Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Holloway is just a little bald shit in a suit. Love to see him pissed off, I wish him every football related misfortune possible.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Common sense is like deodorant........ The people who need it most never use it eh Mr Holloway. Nice to see Super Stevie loving us again (now Svens gone)
davieG Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 Especially when you look back and remember all time wasting, injury faking, diving and harassment of referees he encouraged when manager of QPR.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 1 September 2012 Posted 1 September 2012 He's just pissed off losing to us again, it's been eating away at him for years
cc_star Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Didn't realise that was our Thommo. Did he get any kind of recognition from the crowd. One of my favourite players as a kid. I didn't realise he was there either. just picturing the passes he used to slot through for Joachim to run on to Thommo, Thommo, Thommo
MPH Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Ok... Im not saying I love Holloway or anything... just looking at the other side of the coin.. Doesnt it at least show Holloways passion for winning? I mean... he is at least showing he is unhappy about losing... very unclassy not to shake Pearsons hand ... but we dont know what went on behind the scenes... He could of sort Pearsopn out afterwards... we dont know.... We wouldnt of complained if he had been so annoyed at losing if he had done that when he was our manager.... Huge respect for Steve Thompson and his damage limitation. THAT was classy.
Tom17LCFC Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 horrible little bastard is hollowhead, can't accept it the ****
Cropwellfox Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 I didn't realise he was there either. just picturing the passes he used to slot through for Joachim to run on to Thommo, Thommo, Thommo Think he has been there as 1st team coach since Grayson was. Very very good coach apparently.
LukeyZade Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 i couldnt give a shiiite. we deserve a bit of luck, although we should have had more, id say blackpool looked 2nd rate of course . least we played for longer than 1 half, and thats progress. 3point off top wheres the boo boys
Fox42 Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Maybe Hollowhead thought his team could score with time added on like this:
fox in the sox Posted 2 September 2012 Posted 2 September 2012 Just watched Pearsons post match interview on Sky. And thought he came across really well today. He was very chatty for Nige.. He is definitely more obliging to the national media than the local.
