Captain... Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 I have said it before and I will say it again. Nigel Pearson does not like black players with "urban" attitude, the big cars, the tattoos and the wages. Dj anyone? You can say it as many times as you want, it doesn't make it true, or you any less of a dick. What has race got to do with it? What about Bamba? You are basing this on 2 players who have under performed for us, and not been in NP's first 11 so were sent out on loan. Whatever Campbell did after playing for us, does not disguise the fact that he was shit for us, likewise Danns, if he never plays for us again, he will not be remembered as a success here, he probably will be somewhere else, but that is just life sometimes.
Guest Col city fan Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Gally has just gone out on loan I never saw him as having an 'urban attitude' innit...

The DJ Campbell that couldn't stop scoring until Pearson arrived.
Bugg Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Oh yes, I remember. The DJ Campbell that couldn't stop scoring until Pearson arrived. If being offside won you games, DJ would have been worth millions
Walshy5 Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Not even on the bench today. Could be off? Has he fallen out with pearson? Read into it what you will.
Dr The Singh Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Not even on the bench today. Could be off? Has he fallen out with pearson? Read into it what you will. Hmmmmm i read it as Danns will not be playing today!
blue army 1988 Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Watching the game today I wouldn't want to be a leicester player.
foxesfan1989 Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Watching the game today I wouldn't want to be a leicester player. Half of them don't care about being one anyway
whitwickfox Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Don't worry wellens will be back next week
savillefoxes Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 For me it's time to give this lad a start (if he is still here). Was our best midfielder at the back end of last season so why not Nigel. If you think he isnt good enough then take a look at some of the crap that has taken his place.
Jimmy Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Danns & Drinkwater weds night with King injured
FrankieADZ Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Danns & Drinkwater weds night with King injured can see it being James and Drinkwater. but I certainly agree, Danns was probably one of our best players towards the end of last season, look really good in the center of midfield.
Harry - LCFC Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Danns & Drinkwater weds night with King injured Do we know how long King is injured for? I do agree with you, Danns should surely step in with King out.
Jimmy Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Do we know how long King is injured for? I do agree with you, Danns should surely step in with King out. Pearson said he "felt" his hamstring, so I'd say a couple of weeks at most
FoxesFan100 Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 For all Danns' hustle and bustle he really doesn't bring a lot else. He does get around the pitch a lot but can not really pass too good, I just think we'll fair better with James. He did decent today. I would prefer us to have it James & Drinkwater.

A lot of people have said that's what we need, perhaps our midfield is a bit lightweight currently and bit of aggression might help us out a bit.
seenitall Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Farce that this player is left out of the squad

I disagree - especially towards the end of last season, he was good at driving foward with the ball, and getting into dangerous positions or having a crack at goal. With King out, I think we should starts Danns. After all - our strikers aren't going to score, and we have to get goals from somewhere.
DorsetFox9 Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 How can you POSSIBLY want Drinkwater in the side? he is utter shite!
Walker Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Farce that this player is left out of the squad Farce? Would he have added more than James did today? Absolutely not. Everyone needs to bore off bumming him cos he 'seems a nice guy'
Corky Posted 16 September 2012 Posted 16 September 2012 Hopefully King will be fit. If not, Danns should be in the squad, possibly starting to see what we've missed so badly.
