trabuch Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 According to BBC news feed Chris wood sank an eagle on the 18th to win the Qatar open. Talented lad.
Guest Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Yes except Watford are winning every match and we won't do that too. If they win every match , we will.
Rincewind Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I would have preferred them to start with the best team and get a decent leat then changing half time. Now they could be playing catch up. From 0-0 even.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I think the difference between a Vardy-Waghorn and a Wood-Nugent partnership is a bigger gulf than I realised... I don't think its fair to compare the scenario's really. Huddersfield were never going to be as poor as New Years Day
foxfanazer Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 He hates St Ledger, I dislike Vardy. People were jumping on Vardy's back saying he wasn't good enough for this league about a month ago. Now everyone is sticking up for him. Nothing has changed. i don't think Vardy is good enough, or St ledger really but I won't be jumping on anyone's back
cc_star Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I think the difference between a Vardy-Waghorn and a Wood-Nugent partnership is a bigger gulf than I realised... Nugent is key. Nugent+Waggy & Nugent+Vardy have been perfectly serviceable, (obviously Nugent+Wood has been a different class) But I've not heard Waggy's name mentioned except for constant stupid offsides, whilst Vardy seems to be trying to play others in, but no one's moving.
Xen Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Am I hearing things, or did Alan Young just say "with Jamie Marshall in behind"...? Edit: Beat me to it..
Munshi Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 what the huddersfield left back? Nope, he was talking about Our wood but called him woods.
foxesfan1989 Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I don't think its fair to compare the scenario's really. Huddersfield were never going to be as poor as New Years Day Meh, I just this is a good league one strike force, whereas our usual one is lower end prem / upper end champ.

Now everyone is sticking up for him. Nothing has changed. Banterboy. I don't hate SSL. I say that he's a mid-table championship level player. There's is no hate involved in that statement. You're manlove for him is as disturbing as your manlove for Leicesterpool. Add to that Vardy is playing for our team today and SSL isn't. Your hate is neither funny nor just.
Kitchandro Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Am I hearing things, or did Alan Young just say "with Jamie Marshall in behind"...? Edit: Beat me to it.. I think it was asking a lot to expect him to say that many names in one sentence and get all of them right.
Guest Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I would have preferred them to start with the best team and get a decent leat then changing half time. Now they could be playing catch up. From 0-0 even. My thoughts too.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 sounds like a really boring match. Yep was just about to say I'm glad I've saved the money. Sounds shite watford 2-0
reynard Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I think the difference between a Vardy-Waghorn and a Wood-Nugent partnership is a bigger gulf than I realised... As is the gap between Drinkwater/James and King/Wellens except the gulf here is even more vaste. Hardly heard Marshall mentioned This is awful so far.
kingfox Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 I don't hate SSL. Add to that Vardy is playing for our team today and SSL isn't. You moan more and get on St Ledger's back more than I do over Vardy. And St Ledger isn't in the team because he is injured.
dmayne7 Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 [/size] How else do you explain Championship manager picking weaker teams in the cup? And I did say I wouldn't do it myself. So you would do it yourself? He's just rotating the squad, giving some players a chance who and ensuring some are others fresh for the important games coming up. If he was conceding that we had no hope then he'd be playing youth players. Wellens is the only player who hasn't been involved in the team this year. Every other player has played lots of games or been in the squad most times this year. Hardly a negative selection is it? As I said, we should have enough to win and Huddersfield will be fearful of us so I'd don't think this is a negative team selection at all and he still believes we can win.
Guest Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 You moan more and get on St Ledger's back more than I do over Vardy. And St Ledger isn't in the team because he is injured. so support your team.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Watford will push Cardiff all the way I reckon
AmyLGK Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 So....what do you think Nige will do at half time? I'm a bit bored!
dynamark Posted 26 January 2013 Posted 26 January 2013 Need to make serious change at halftime no point messing about -but NP probably will.
