Aus Fox Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Next week at home to Brum, forest go to Cardiff, Brighton go to Boro. This season is far from over
smudger63 Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Results business. Hopefully now he'll be gone. I really can`t see him going until the end of the season now.He should have gone after the Derby game, but even i can`t see the point in getting rid with only 5 games left.
Foxhateram Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Explain your confused look? They both came on and both proved completely ineffective. One of the main reasons we controlled the game was because we didn't let them play from the back. That stopped and as a result led to Brighton pushing us back and eventually scoring the goal. The goal was a problem of the team and not any one individual on this occasion. We allowed ourselves to get forced back and kept losing possession rather than just holding it. Which was the point in those two being brought on, but it didn't work that way. Ah well we are still only 2 points away.
cc_star Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Bringing two strikers on when you are 1-0 up away from home is not ****ing good enough. Why? Schlupp had died a death, we needed the ball in their half. Ultimately Pearson was let down by RDL not keeping pace with Lua Lua... and Kane & Wood's collective shitness and inability to hold the ball in their half. Ideas behind the subs were sound.
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Typical typical typical Leicester. Play well again to mask over the fact that once again we can't hold a lead and we concede in the last couple of mins yet again!!!! Rubbish. Bang on. You don't deserve to win a game because you play well for 85 minutes. Not difficult to understand people. Also, wouldn't say it was a particularly special performance before their goal anyway. Matty James carried us today. Drinkwater was terrible, Moore terrible, King wasteful, and Marshall poor. Doesn't add up to a particularly good performance.
darko2k7 Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 FFS you know what this place makes me sick . I thought i would come on here to find down but proud fans. But no it's the same negative and vile posts blame this person or that Pearson . Don't know what game some of you watched but what i saw was massivley improved performance with players doing mostly every thing the fans have been crying out for. I had forgotten how it felt to feel proud of my team but today as filled me with hope , well up until i came on here to read this rubbish . ultimately we went away to a very good team and out played for 80 % of the game and were unlcky in the end . Well i for one am now proud of my team and alot more confident we can make a good push these last few game . COYB
UrbanFox Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 If we beat Brum Friday night we go 5th, pressure then is on Forest & Brighton the following day!
LJS Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Betting against us on our current run of form is fair...but wanting us to lose so you can get a bit of money?? Pathetic Sounds like some people need to get their priorities straight. I watch football for fun. It isn't important in the scheme of things. I could do a whole lot more with £300 than I could with City getting three points.
Master Fox Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 I think Bolton will take a place in the play offs, the final place is between Leicester, Forest, and Brighton.
MC Prussian Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Next week at home to Brum, forest go to Cardiff, Brighton go to Boro. This season is far from over It is - according to the same minority year in, year out. Love the positivity - today's game was a huge improvement over the Barnsley match and it should point us in the right direction. Upwards.
SemperEadem Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Why? Schlupp had died a death, we needed the ball in their half. Ultimately Pearson was let down by RDL not keeping pace with Lua Lua... and Kane & Wood's collective shitness and inability to hold the ball in their half. Ideas behind the subs were sound. Spot on.
Buzzell Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Overall performance was good today. Positive result and performance considering our recent run of form. Playoffs is nowhere near over.
ADK Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Pearsons tactical inability really showed. If we had Poyet and they had Pearson we would be walking home with the 3 points.
Guest shearfox Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 PEARSON OUT YOU **** Should have got rid after the Barnsley game... Today shown improvement so now it is best we stick despite the fact I thought his subs cost us today
Corky Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Pearsons tactical inability really showed. If we had Poyet and they had Pearson we would be walking home with the 3 points. What?
MC Prussian Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Sounds like some people need to get their priorities straight. I watch football for fun. It isn't important in the scheme of things. I could do a whole lot more with £300 than I could with City getting three points. But it is important enough to you to interfere with the manager discussion occasionally? Playing your little mind-tricks on here, are you? Blimey, you do have an agenda. And it's not a pretty one.
GingerrrFox Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Why? Schlupp had died a death, we needed the ball in their half. Ultimately Pearson was let down by RDL not keeping pace with Lua Lua... and Kane & Wood's collective shitness and inability to hold the ball in their half. Ideas behind the subs were sound. Kane has never put any effort into defending when placed on the wing. If he was bringing anyone on it should have been Knockaert who has proved recently that he has a cracking work rate. Kane was at fault for their goal because he just let cross come in from their right hand side without pressuring the man. Wood I don't really have problem with but bringing 2 strikers on is not a great idea.
TrentFox Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Pearsons tactical inability really showed. If we had Poyet and they had Pearson we would be walking home with the 3 points. We should be grateful that Pearson at least knew how to hire a bus then, I guess.
MC Prussian Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 PEARSON OUT YOU **** I was expecting something elaborate, but I've been again let down by you. Which is almost as bad than the hate directed towards Nigel Pearson.
LJS Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Pearsons tactical inability really showed. If we had Poyet and they had Pearson we would be walking home with the 3 points. Eh? Brighton have Poyet and we have Pearson and yet Brightn aren't walking away with three points. As much as I'm not a fan of Pearson, Poyet hasn't achieved any more than he has. It's a league one title for each, isn't it? Wth Poyet never having broken into the play off places in this league.
