Yes we had some crap times there ( Pleat anyone ? ) but the greatest period in the clubs history was played out at the old Filbo. Anyone who remembers the O'Neil years will remember great games like the three all with Arsenal and the thrashing of Sunderland with Collymore and Heskey running riot. Now tell me when if ever we have had the new stadium rocking like the old Filbo was then ?

Yes, quite a few got short memories. Pleat, worse than that, Taylor ruined what Mon had built by bringing in dross off the back of Heskey's ten million. People moaning about the bogs in the new ground at least there is useable bogs. bloody awful at Filbo not that many used them the wall at the back of the kop in the very early days was the place for a pee never forget as you climbed the steps up to the double decker you used to get hit with a combined smell of stale piss and fags.......oooooohhhhh happy days!
