I wanted Knockaert off just after he scored as well, as he kept losing the ball at end of great moves!

On a side note we still need to sort our defending out and set piece defending especially, cant keep scoring three goals to win games.

Such an amazing day though, great atmosphere

I bet purpleronnie is gutted. He really wanted us to finish outside the play offs so he could spend the next 15 years telling everyone how right he was with his pre season prediction. Unlucky son.

As for what happened. Fùck me. I love this club.

Just planning my night out in town tonight. Think I'm going to surreptitiously shout "TIMMMBBBEEEERRRRRRRRRR" in every bar I visit. If there's an empty seat in the West Stand vs Watford on Thursday evening, you'll know that it wasn't terribly well received by the Trees drowning their sorrows in said bars !

BBC are resurrecting an age old show tonight at midnight.....“It's a Knockaert

They might need to get some new presenters.

Unbelievable day. What a finish to it, you couldn't have made that up. Nearly got pushed against the barrier after the winner but I don't care now, so glad I was there to see it.

I thought, after 10 minutes, we were going to cave in. They scored early and, to be fair, the noise was deafening. But we settled down and started to play with a freedom so lacking in recent away matches, forcing their keeper into several saves and James striking a good equaliser. Great time to get the second, lovely work by Knockaert and a trademark run by Kingy to nod in. Frantic finish to the first half with Kasper making a fine save and Jeff Schlupp heading two efforts off the line.

Typically, we conceded a second goal (recurring theme at the moment) but we didn't lose our shape or composure and continued to attack, it was end-to-end stuff and to nick it at the end was just brilliant.

I started the match apprehensive and fearing a beating, and I ended it stunned we'd got all the results in our favour. Now we have a chance and don't leave anything behind, just go for it.

What a day.

A Forest fan made an interesting point on their forum.

He said that, in every season Davies has been there, they have lost the last game of the season to a team celebrating an unlikely qualification to the playoffs.  These teams are, Blackpool, Swansea, Leicester.

Blackpool...

Swansea.

Not that I'm superstitious or anything.

Blue Armmmeeeee! Let's hope it's 1996 all over again with O'Neill and not 2010 in Cardiff with Pearson! Nobody gave us a prayer to make the play offs after the Watford defeat but here we are again under big Nige, three years later with the same opposition facing us again! Well done to Nige though after all the stick he's endured on here. Results have a tendency to shut the constant moaners up! We've rode our luck today, now we need to do it all again for the next two, maybe three games! Up the Foxes!

According to the BBC 30 shoots in the match (NF 13-17 LC) with 19 on target (9-10). One hell of a match!

It was, brilliant entertainment, no nastiness on the pitch, just two teams trying to win.

Credit to both sides.

Best game i've ever been to and didn't even know i was going until yesterday. Incredible. Celebrations were manic, i ended up on my back on the floor with a couple of people on top of me..

When the forest fans started celebrating after our goal i genuinely thought Bolton had scored. What a day, Kasper was incredible with some of the saves he pulled off too.

Still can't actually believe our season isn't over.
