Why we can't keep him I do not know. Ironically if he had taken that penalty in the dyeing seconds at watford we would be at wembley now. Is it Pearson? Is it Beckford? I wish they could sort it out cos i would rather him play for us than against? More than capable at this level is our player time to man up say sorry and let him be one of our players. Would rather have him than Vardy, Waghorn, or Futacs.

Wood and Nugent have both regularly scored more in this league than he ever has and will be ahead of him. He doesn't want to sit on the bench, that's why he isn't here now!

I don't actually blame him for not wanting to sit on the bench.... But I think its the teenage 'Kevin and Perry' type look whilst playing that bothers most people..

So long as he takes a pay cut to do so , and that he continues to but in 100% 50% until any move is sanctioned I have no problem.

His league goals have never been more than 9 a season in the top two divisions - a good league one player but can't cut it at this level I'm affraid.

It seems he doesn't want to play for City and the package his agent negotiated is the only reason we still hold his registration.

Whilst some of those players could get those fees they won't because either they won't accpet the drop in wages that tey' would have to or the buying team simply won't pay them the wages that that demand. Our problem here is not takers or transfer fees it's all about wages.

Cross out the word million and you maybe somewhere near his valuation. I'd let them all go on free transfers just to get them off the wage bill. (plus Waghorn is out of contract so he will be free to leave)
