FrankieADZ Posted 30 May 2013 Posted 30 May 2013 Come on frankie this guy is a complete fraud. Oh I know; thought I'd post it anyway.
Lionator Posted 30 May 2013 Posted 30 May 2013 So according to a tweet from IndyKaila "According to East Midlands sources that Kasper Schmeichel has asked to leave Leicester City Football Club. #LCFC" https://twitter.com/indykaila/status/340175492969791489 pinch of salt for me atm*yes i know its twitter* According to my sources IndyKaila is the biggest, liar, fraud, itk idiot about.
Guest Posted 30 May 2013 Posted 30 May 2013 Indy Kaila should be treated as a twitter version of Football Rumours.
AKCJ Posted 30 May 2013 Posted 30 May 2013 Indy Kaila should be treated as a twitter version of Football Rumours. Football Rumours isn't that bad.
samgrizz1884 Posted 30 May 2013 Posted 30 May 2013 I'm pretty sure Schmeichel clarified to a Danish sports cast he "can" wait for a move to the prem cause he's still young and got a load of time in his career to decide.....that twitter link I bet was utter bull shit
CKB Posted 31 May 2013 Posted 31 May 2013 Should be an built in option on here when you try and post something that has the words IndyKalia in it that the post automatically get's rejected!
RizLCFC Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 Got a feeling a deal will be reached on this one http://www.thisishullandeastriding.co.uk/Leicester-dismiss-Hull-City-s-opening-offer-4m/story-19155214-detail/story.html?sp=normal&1370068934617#axzz2UwchsuRf

LcFc_Smiv Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 Hull are said to be confident that figure will come down and the two clubs will be able to agree a fee somewhere in the middle. F**k that! They held us to ransom over mediocre players, I hope we show them the same treatment. Anything less than 4mil is a joke. Hull know we need to sell to buy, however, Kasper is surely a player we are not desperate to get rid off.
Happy Fox Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 It is good that we are holding for £4m I am sure a compromise can be reached nearer our valuation than Hull's so if Hull offer £3m odd I think he will be gone.

I don't think we are desperate to sell imo, maybe to sell the deadwood
FoxyPalace.com Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 4m is a bargain, Anyway when they go down next season, and we are going up he can come back!
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 I would sell him for £4m because as much as I like him, he is replaceable I would sell him for £4m because as much as I like him, he is replaceable
theessexfox Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 Especially as his contract is up at the end of next season, he'll go on a free if we don't go up surely?
muzzy1981 Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 1.25 Cheeky basta***! Throw in koren and faye and we might be talking
muzzy1981 Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 I rate Kasper a lot but he must be on a lot of wedge, so getting him Beckford, wellens and SSL would clear a lot of cash. We could do with a season long loan keeper like hull did from Fulham. Didnt Pearson sign fulop previously on loan, that was a great move
Wymsey Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 If I were a Hull fan, I'd be chuffed to bits if my team signs Schmeichel (who is apparently one of the highest rated outside the Premiership). However, If I were a Hull fan, I'd think that my chairman will need to 'cough up' around £2/3/4 million (and definitely not nothing less, as that'll be 'clutching at straws').
yorkie1999 Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 I can't see kasper going to any of the newly promoted clubs,i don't think any of them will do well next season. What's the point of spending a year fighting relegation. He'd be better off either going to a big club or staying here where he's settled.
sphericalfox Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 I like Kasper. I think he still has a job to do here for next season. However, am I mistaken, but did Hull, under Pearson's tenure go through a number of keepers, due to circumstance, loaning in from Prem teams? It blurs into one for me. I would suspect, if so, that Walshy, will have looked at the options that are potentially out there, and know who might be suitable should we need it. So there's no need for panic stations. At this moment in time, we have a good keeper, voted keeper of the season by his contemporaries in the CCC. We should expect attention for his signature, especially with a year left on his contract. This is inevitable. What we shouldn't do is sell cheaply, because we don't have to. I say let his contract run down, we could do with the stability, and at least his character and attitude would be missed around the club, if he left.
dbt_lcfc Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 I have a feeling if he goes it will just be reversals as we would try and get stockdale on loan
StrovolosTiger Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 Polite question! Has Schmeichel been offered a new contract yet? If not why not?
Soar Fox Posted 1 June 2013 Posted 1 June 2013 Polite question! Has Schmeichel been offered a new contract yet? If not why not? I imagine he's already one of the highest earners at the club and I'd doubt we'd be able to offer him bigger wages. I don't know that for certain though.
