Chadli and Bentaleb look way out of their depth, Adebayor needs help upfront.

Paulinho is on the bench as well.

Tottenham been the better team? Probably. Have Tottenham been a danger? Not really.

Was just about to post this. Chadli, Townsend and Bentaleb have been totally ineffective.

Considering this is a London Derby, I'm surprised how rubbish Spurs have been, where's Aaron Lennon? Surely he offers more than that Chadli. Can't believe its taken until 80 minutes for Sherwood to play 2 upfront.

Exactly. People can say Spurs have been the better team, but they still look like they'll lose this, and Arsenal haven't even started the engine let alone get out of first gear.

Sherwood doesn't deserve another season no matter how much he moans to the press about how he does.

Glad sherwood probably won't get the job long term, it's not fair on managers in the lower leagues when people like him walk into a top job without proving himself. Plus he's an idiot.

The amount of space Liverpool had today was incredible, they looked like the home team throughout most of the match. What I saw today from Manchester United, reminded me of Moyes's tactics when he was managing Everton. At times Manchester United got about 10 men behind the ball, and just sat there and tried to frustrate Liverpool, that's what Moyes did with Everton and it worked; however with Manchester United it isn't, these players need to find their shape, but quite frankly every single one from defence to midfield look all over the place, like they don't know what their jobs are. Phil Jones was piss poor today, Sturridge and Suarez were an absolute nightmare for him, while Rafael should of been sent off.

Another thing I keep seeing from Manchester United, is the amount of times they cross the ball, this season they have crossed the ball 646 times the highest amount by any team in the Premier League, if you look at all the teams above Manchester United, they have hit about 200-300 fewer crosses, this just goes to show how much success the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool & Man City are having trying to create through the middle of the pitch, instead of relying on crosses. Everton used to cross the ball a lot of times under Moyes as well, Baines, Coleman, Pienaar etc...used to get decent success out of it. With Manchester United, Moyes can't seem to get the same success out of crosses than he did with Everton, they are relying on Januzaj too much, Valencia used to get quite a few assists under Alex Ferguson, but they have dried up, Mata isn't a wide player, while Ashley Young & Nani aren't good enough.

And going by that, to me it isn't the players fault, it's down to Moyes, Moyes is trying to bed the same philosophy he did at Everton onto Manchester United, but their players can't seem to figure out his tactics and system. It took Moyes a while with Everton, for them to become a consistent top 8 Premier League team, if given time it could take Moyes a couple of season's to bed his tactics into United, for them to become a success & force again.

Spurs have been the ultimate flat track bullies this season, appalling record against the top teams. Everton will overtake them into 5th.

Indeed, Sherwood doesn't have a clue - they should've stuck with AVB for a while.

Pleased for Liverpool. Missed the game, but recorded all of it as I've been out all day. Train station was full of Scouser's and Police when I got off the train about an hour ago.

Liverpool winning the league would be the best thing to happen to English Football in years. Their fans would be unbearable but it shows that a British manager and English players can do it still.

As for United, Moyes should've done what Pearson did when he came to Leicester. Van Persie isn't interested and should go in the summer, Rooney's stealing £300k a week, Evra is past it and the midfield is a joke. Mata and Fellaini were panic buys. He needs to find a few players who want to play for United.

i know loads of liverpool fans (obviously) and don't get how they'd be "unbearable" if they won the league. they'd be happy as fúck, obviously, and i can join in and have a joint party week/month when we win our league too

You live in Liverpool, you have no idea how bad glory supporters actually are.

The Liverpool fans people mean when they say shit like that are the pricks who couldn't find anfield on a map.

They didn't do much for me until Vidic was sent off although after that it's no exaggeration to say they could've won 0-6.

Liverpool did just fine for me. It was a solid away performance, and they did a good job pressing Man Utd high up the pitch. Gerrard did very well in a deep defensive role, too.

How many times has Vidic been sent off against Liverpool now?! lol
