Premier League 2013/14 Stuff it in here!

The Chelsea teams journey home will be delayed. One coach driver will hand the keys to another who will rev up then change his mind and hand to another before calling the AA and waiting for their arrival even though there's nothing wrong with it (except for grass on the wheels). They'll then drive it into the corner of the car park and call for more unnecessary maintenance.

Man City's game next week is against Everton and that's going to be tough! Sadly it looks likely Chelsea are going to win it :(

Nahhh, Liverpool have an easy two games left, it's their's for sure ;)

Really wanted Liverpool to win it. I'd rather City win it than Chelsea now. Hate them.

Neville criticising Chelsea's lack of youth products was funny, though.

Explain.

What is there to like about him?

There's just something I admire about the consistent winning under a hail of criticism and hate.

Can fully understand why you dislike him though. I don't begrudge you that at all.

As a total neutral when it comes to the Prem (dislike most of the top sides equally for their maintaining the status quo through throwing money about and for me their fans are all equally arrogant) I'd like to see an exciting finish to the season, so I'm glad Chelsea won today. Hopefully it'll go right to the wire for entertainment value.

These aren't even good tactics. Anyone can put everyone behind the ball. It's hardly 'brilliant' as Neville is saying.

Today is just an awful, awful result for football. Chelsea really are the worst things to happen to football in the last 10 years.

You again sound like you have a big chip on your shoulder.

If it that was that easy to put 11 men behind the ball and shut up shop, do you not think every team that went to Anfield would do the same thing? Liverpool have been ON FIRE at home for the past few months, yet Chelsea reduce them to a blank sheet.

It might not be big, it might not be pretty but again, that is an EXCELLENT win for Chelsea, orchestrated by a master tactician.

Not for the first time this season, you're talking out your arris.

Looking at the Chelsea fans on SKY after the game, I think they're well chuffed. Dont you?

There is a big difference between LIKING what Mourinho does and respecting the results he gets. Football is a results business and Mourinho gets results.

Congratulations to Mourinho.

It's a results business and he's won at both Man City and Liverpool.

Whoever wins the title will be the worthy champions. If we won the league playing like Chelsea have then we wouldn't give a shit.

Nail on head.. the bulk of City fans would be hailing Pearson as 'our best manager ever' etc..

A typical Mourinho performance. Wouldn't call him a genius because he's managed to win the game. There was only ever one team that went out to win this game. Chelsea would've been happy with a point. They've played the perfect away game in reality.

I think Gerrard has tried to pull the game back on his own and just ended up wasting the ball with long range hopeful shots, he's better than that.

Nice bit of karma for the Liverpool fans that we're having a party outside the Chelsea team hotel last night.

Title race blown wide open. Still think it's Liverpools to lose but they need to bounce back quickly from this. Just like Gerrard said after the Man City game. "This is gone". Get it out of the system and go again next week.

Jose wouldn't have taken a point. Liverpool always come flying out the blocks and Chelsea deliberately stifled all momentum for the first half an hour to stop Liverpool hitting any kind of stride. Man City didn't and were 2-0 down within 20 minutes. I firmly believe that if it had remained 0-0 until around the 60th minute, Chelsea would've started throwing players forward to get the goal. A point would've been no use to them. As it was, they got the goal and could just use the counter for the rest of the game.

For those (Kitchandro) who can't see what's impressive about the tactics, maybe you should look at the superb organisation of the midfield and defence, the failure of Liverpool to get in behind them and the lack of clear chances Liverpool had all game. It's not quite as simple as just sticking 10 men behind the ball as you would believe.

Tactical master class by Jose.

Does this now mean we are the only team in the top four flights in England to have scored in every league game in 2014?

Wow, quite impressive, you watch it'll be 0-0 or 0-1 next week lol

It's taken 13,951 attempts but you've come up with a good one here, Col

It certainly wasn't pretty to watch, but my god it was effective. To restrict a free-scoring Liverpool to a handful of half chances is outstanding organisation, discipline and communication is tactically spot-on.

They were much better organised than most teams that try to park the bus, it wasn't a tactical master class but they had an obvious game plan and stuck to it.

1) "Anyone can put everyone behind the ball" is an Incredibly naive, very lacking in football knowledge and clearly prejudiced opinion.

2) An Awful result for football and Chelsea are the "Worst things to happen to football in the last 10 years"? A sense of perspective please.

Great stuff, it had to be Gerrard lol

Man City winning the league is the least of thee evils, despite their many, many pound notes.

It's certainly preferable to the Liverpool love-in if they win it and Mourinho, great manager that he is, is just awful. His managerial persona is that of an awful human being - I refuse to believe he can be anything like that in real life.
