The Year Of The Fox Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Completely clear conscience here. I have and always will be an 'in Nigel we trust' bloke hence my username change
Fox42 Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I thought Futacs would play in front of Vardy in the line. I thought Bakayogo would solve our problems at LB. I thought Dyer will have as much game time as Logan. I thought we'll finish 18th at one point... I think I'm a shit Leicester fan.
kingfox Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Here we go again. It's my opinion, you have yours, what's so wrong with that? It's only a problem for people who keep getting things wrong, like you!! Ha. You should try waiting to see people before slating them, to be fair you aren't as rash as you used to be. I've been right on some occasions. I.e Wasilewski being a shit right-back & not getting all hyped up about Mahrez.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Everything I said over this and the previous two seasons I meant. Praise when praise is due, and criticism when criticism is due.

I.e Wasilewski being a shit right-back & not getting all hyped up about Mahrez. You are wrong, that's what is wrong with it. You don't seem to judge other defenders by the standards you so De Laet. Konchesky and Moore make more errors than he does. It takes more than three games to be proven right.

How I'm I wrong, I seen other comments around the same time as mine last season, saying De Laet isn't the best defensively. Are you right all the time then and never get anything wrong? It's my opinion, and I'm entitled to it. I think he's improved, and his attacking play impresses me, that's an improvement on calling him shit. You should be happy

You should be happy Your use of the word shit is the problem here, you can have reservations about him defensivley (though I don't see much of a problem), but to say he was shit last year is just plain wrong.

You think Waghorn is god. Do people agree with you no. Everyone has different opinions on here, if you don't agree you don't agree, I'm I bothered if you think otherwise not really, ain't gonna cry about it. Shit was the wrong word, but I've learnt since then.
seenitall Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 This is why i never slag anyone off. Support any of our players through anything. What being a supporter is about. And you look less of a twat that way Was reading this - a step too far chap - so you never got the blues over Panicbye or Taylor's destructive phase, Olly's taking us down or the Sousa collapse - you are an admirable man to cheer them all on through some of that!!
HoustonFox Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I thought James shouldn't start before King and also started to have it with Kasper last season too. His distribution was doing my nut in so much and I wanted Westwood. Now I have a full on chubby for Kasp and desperately hope he signs a new deal.
AmyLGK Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I've never had any doubt and have remained positive throughout....

bovril Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 When Vardy gave away the penalty against Boro I turned to my Dad and said, "well that's the last time we see him in a Leicester shirt".
indierich06 Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 It's my opinion, you have yours, what's so wrong with that? I've been right on some occasions. I.e Wasilewski being a shit right-back & not getting all hyped up about Mahrez. Wasilewski has played most of his career at RB and has played there for his national side, so no - he's not a 'shit' right-back. And as for Mahrez, how the **** are you right about him when he hasn't even played a game yet?! He might be shit hot and those who were excited about his signing could still be right. Two shitty examples for your argument.
Unabomber Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Always stuck behind Pearson (not literally) but I have to admit having a go at Dyer at numerous times last season. I do still have a go at him this season sometimes, but the positive impact he is having on games (especially at home) makes me love him.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I've always been a big fan of Pearson and most of our current squad but I've still got quite a few... Primarily, I thought last season's collapse and the lack of signings and communication last summer meant there was something badly wrong within the club, either between Pearson and the squad or Pearson and the owners or both. I also thought: Vardy should have been loaned to a League One club last summer. Nugent was too inconsistent to be the main striker at an automatically-promoted club (still up for debate perhaps). Konchesky was completely past it (been really good before Saturday!) Watford would storm the league (haha!) We wouldn't win at Watford, Ipswich, QPR, Millwall or Leeds. QPR would run away with the league once they went top a few weeks ago (still may happen eventually).
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I've always thought if I ever get the runs on matchday we could beat a team 6 or 7 nil
kingfox Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Wasilewski has played most of his career at RB and has played there for his national side, so no - he's not a 'shit' right-back. Two shitty examples for your argument. He hasn't got the legs to play that position anymore, as proven everytime he has featured at right-back for us. Even against Millwall he wasn't great, yet people sucked up to him, just because his Anderlecht mates came over, absolute pathetic. People were treating Mahrez like he will be instantly good, cba to go through it again, wasn't any point getting excited over a player who could be good, or could be average. Because he isn't "shit", and other than isolated games he never has been. Again that's your opinion.
Matt Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 In most posts last season you'll probably have found me slagging Vardy and Drinkwater off, fair play to them I couldn't be happier to have seen the progress they have made, from 2 of our worst players last season to 2 of our best this season - And I know people are gonna disagree with that statement, certainly the first part, but it's my view, was my view last season and i'm not gonna change it. On the other hand I stuck up for Pearson and said we needed to keep him and atleast give him this season, maybe even next and i'm very happy I was right on that part.
SystonFox Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 Used to slate De Laet to the hills. Didn't think he was good enough. Happy to admit I was wrong. He's been class for us. Has he ever beat you up in a strip club? That joke will never get old like the 1964Fox one
lestajigs Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I wanted big nige sacked after the Barnsley game last season!! Totally wrong
Bert Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 It's my opinion, you have yours, what's so wrong with that? I've been right on some occasions. I.e Wasilewski being a shit right-back & not getting all hyped up about Mahrez. That was just an opinion on Mahrez. Not a fact. How you can claim it's a fact or you were "right" is silly because you've never seen him play to back up your statement of us "not getting hyped up about him". Has he ever beat you up in a strip club? That joke will never get old like the 1964Fox one Just the other night after he banged shearfox. Heard he's done it several times.
Guest Bilo Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 I thought Pearson had well and truly lost the dressing room in March and that he really ought to have been replaced after the Barnsley debacle. Also, I wanted Brian McDermott or Nigel Adkins to replace him. I am truly, truly sorry.
Babylon Posted 20 January 2014 Posted 20 January 2014 He hasn't got the legs to play that position anymore, as proven everytime he has featured at right-back for us. Again that's your opinion. Nope it's fact, one you agree with obviously judging by your back track above.
