Supernoodles quiche is half-decent! Actually really healthy too if you use a bit of low-fat cheese

Terry's Chocolate Orange Toasties

Make toasties using segments of Chocolate Orange instead of cheese. Caution: bloody hot.

I'm going to have to try that.

A mate of mine has Baileys on cornflakes as a post pub snack.

I was in a cafe yesterday that sells a full english breakfast pizza. Was only £4.50 as well for a 8" pizza base with the full english on top.

Here's one that takes a bit of time, as it's a roast, but it's flippin' heaven!

Pork loin in roasting tin, get some garlic, (mashed, chopped it or use a puree) and rub it in. Sprinkle on some ground pepper, then chop some red onions and put them round.

Nothing weird so far, but then...

Pour ginger beer over your pork until there's about an inch depth around it in the tin. Cover in foil, bung in the oven at gas mk 3 (no idea what that is on an electric oven) and leave for 3-4 hours, depending on the size of the joint of course. It's important to cook it slowly for a long time.

When done, remove pork from tray - and this is the important bit - pour out the ginger beer to a jug or bowl and add gravy granules (or stock cubes if you like thin gravy) to make your gravy for the meal. Of course you could always mix your gravy in the tin.

I make this quite often and it's delish! I've been tempted to try this with ginger wine, but it obviously adds some expense to the meal. Maybe save it for a special occasion.

Beef cubes fried in Irn Bru served with Couscous and sultana's in Nutella.

The wife wanted salmon with a sweet sauce tonight. We didn't have any sauces in the cupboard so I cracked open a can of peaches, added some scotch bonnet pepper, and sugar.

Browned the skin of the salmon added my peach sauce and cooked through.

Lovely.
