Fox92 Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Brilliant result and it just gets better and better. Really excited now. Wahoooo.
silebyboy Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 I'm going to stick my neck out and say I think we're finally going up this year.
Spudulike Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Another 16 points from the last 13 games. Ours to lose now
Fifties Blue Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 I have to admit that even my blood is pumping harder after today. The excitement is creeping in, but the job isn't done until we've done it. Yeh, but enjoy the moment. COYB
cc_star Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 5 results need to go in favour of 3rd at the same time 5 results go against us The chances of that happening are slim, surely?
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 I was surprised by some of the pessimism before this game. Charlton are pants and we are the best team in the league. It had a home banker written all over it. We are edging ever closer to the biggest success this club has had in over a decade...
Zingari Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 we should be easily knocking 5 or 6 past this rubbish , Pearson out !!
Blanesta Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Another valuable three point! Not just that but a great performance! Well done boys, and well done BIG NIGE!
elangLCFC Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Sad to see the mixed zone return again between N1 and the away fans, really does have an effect on the atmosphere where I am in N1. Understand the club are trying to make it more 'family friendly' but it's really not a good idea.
AmyLGK Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 AMAZING!!!!!! It's really happening isn't it!! Can't believe that I feel like this as a Leicester fan!!!
JJS84 Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Can anyone who went let me know how Mahrez did in his first start and full 90?
Foxhateram Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 What a great day! Just bough a brand new 3 bed house on a luscious site. City win comfortably, and I find out I won a quid on foxes lotto on Wednesday! Score! 13 points clear of the third! Get that optimistic bus party going!
fuchsntf Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 I am an eternal pessimist, but even I think we're promoted now. No ...you hope you think that you think they might just get promotion somehow. THATS what one could call pessimism, It seems you arevturning into a closet optimist...well done you are getting there.
foxfanazer Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Yes Charlton were really poor but we still looked quality. Great goals also. Vardy and Drinkwater are incredible players and Nuge hopefully shut some of the idiots on here up for another week at least. So close to achieving our goals
foxes_rule1978 Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Another game another win, Pearson is boring...
Trav Le Bleu Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Alan Young: "You like the guy who's in the shower."
Tielemans63 Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Another game another win, Pearson is boring... Should've gone last season. We could have been midtable under Colin willy puller Warnock by now - shame
foxes_rule1978 Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Burnley are the only team keeping us honest, going to be a great match there...
weller54 Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Fair play to Burnley.. Glad they'll be coming up with us!!!!
elangLCFC Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Also, did somebody give a birthday message to Jamie Vardy at half time or was I hearing things?
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Burnley are the only team keeping us honest, going to be a great match there... Was thinking that earlier. We've got Wigan away coming up too haven't we? Two tough games there. The cushion we have means we can afford to slip up.
kingfox Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Absolute masterclass. Not exaggerating either, this is by far the best football I've seen us play since I started going to games in 2005. Charlton were very poor, but the domination and control from us was frightening at times. Drinkwater and James were absolute class, forget your Bryson's, Reid's etc... these two are by far the best midfielders in the Championship. Nobody can seem to handle Vardy atm, another well taken goal, and that flick to set up Nugent for his strike was superb. Meanwhile the defence weren't even troubled, De Laet was brilliant defensively & going forward, as was Schlupp on the left side, Wes dominate as ever, but for me my MOTM today just because he played the full 90 is Marcin Wasilewski. He won everything, absolutely everything, picked out some brilliant passes, and that block in the second half to deny Charlton a shot on target, was beastly. Still don't wish to get ahead of myself, but this team is immense.
