MC Prussian Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 I want this picture in high-resolution so I can use it as my desktop wallpaper.
LanguedocFox Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 "That Jason Bourne, like all his films" - Top man, Vardy
fuchsntf Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 That pic should be on the front cover of the programme come saturday, great pic! Would make a great programme pic, also for your grandkids for future souvenir hunters. This should help the worriers over their fears, these types of games , prove how strong we really are. This could be a 100pt season
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Easiest and most comfortable 3-0 win since last week.
Devonfox1884 Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Im a massive pessemist, but this run has really made me realise how it feels to be a proud fox again-thankyou sir nige.
Leicesterpool Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Gutted, had a few quid on us 0-4!!! So did I, Anyway i'll actually be quite sad to see this season end, it's simply been that amazing!
Pegosteve Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 "Well thats the shutters down on their season", class Vardy coming from a Wednesday fan.
orangecity23 Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 That result That Pearson/Stringer Billy Davies impersonation joke That Jamie Vardy interview
Tielemans63 Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 I have to say, as loyal fans we deserve this season - we haven't had much at all to cheer about for over a decade so it feels even better. What an absolute legend Nige is - love the guy and God bless the Thais for having the good sense to stick with him and not press the panic button at the first sign of trouble.
LanguedocFox Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 That result That Pearson/Stringer Billy Davies impersonation joke That Jamie Vardy interview And, like Youngy (and CityFanCol) said, "That swagger"
Finnaldo Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 That result That Pearson/Stringer Billy Davies impersonation joke That Jamie Vardy interview I missed the Vardy interview what did he say?
Harry - LCFC Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 That right??? 4000 City fans there tonight? 3500 I think
Finnaldo Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Nuge's face as Wasyl tightens the headlock I'd count that more as a death grip personally.
Bert Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Quality. Albeit Barnsley were poor we were just a class above. They had a 10 minute spell otherwise they couldn't get near us all night long. Had to laugh when their centre back tried to play offside from a goal kick lol
Guest ttfn Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 15 points clear of 3rd with a game in hand. Ok, so it may be against Wigan which won't be easy, but to be fair we are TWENTY-FIVE points ahead of Wigan, who just beat Man City at home in the FA Cup. Somebody above posted asking whether we're the best side ever at this level. I doubt we are, even in the last ten years Newcastle (2010) and Reading (2006) have been absolutely incredible, but there is every chance that we will emulate both of those sides and get 100 points. The ridiculous thing is that we don't even need 2 points per game from now on to do it. Even if we were to emulate our worst 12 game run of the season I think we'd end up with 99.
LCCFox96 Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 That's how you deal with away games later on in the season against scrappy teams like Barnsley. Pass them off the pitch and score 3. Fantastically executed performance and a real turn around from that fixture last year. Great to see Vardy on the score sheet again. Do people think he should of stayed on to try for the hat trick though? And do people think he will reach 20 this year? I've got to say yes to both of those.
orangecity23 Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 I missed the Vardy interview what did he say? "Jason Bourne, love all his films." Nuge missed his one on one after he "hit a bobble and kicked the ground, then he's done a rolly polly" Vardy: "Shutters going down" Stringer: "Your assessment of their season?" Vardy: "Oooh, bit harsh" And the way he spoke about not slide tackling defenders because he's on 8 bookings. "I could of done though. Yeahhhhh"
StanSP Posted 11 March 2014 Posted 11 March 2014 Quality. Albeit Barnsley were poor we were just a class above. They had a 10 minute spell otherwise they couldn't get near us all night long. Had to laugh when their centre back tried to play offside from a goal kick lol Their fans bought it as well . I did like when the LCFC tweeted about it and said 'Who wants to tell them?' lol
