stb1996 Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 He has a pet polar bear called Conrad Logan you can have for a little while. we want him back though
Unabomber Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Pearson: "If Marcin is late for a meeting, we change the time of the meeting.." Is that a legit quote?
Micky Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Even if we lose, this is a good decision. The players need a rest and some players are desperate for a game. Those on the bench will be fresh to rip Sheffield Wednesday apart on Friday.
Leicesterpool Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Pearson: "If Marcin is late for a meeting, we change the time of the meeting.." "He does what he wants, he does what he wants, Marcin Wasileswki he does what he wants"
Unabomber Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 we want him back though Well that goes without saying, his buttcheeks are firmly molded into a section of our luxurious bench and it wouldn't look the same without them.
Jonezy Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Flippin Jon Moss scares me more than the 6 changes..... Isn't he the tool, who sent Schmeichel off at the City Ground and let Findley completely annihilate one of our defenders in a late equaliser a few seasons ago...?
Munshi Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 We'll hammer these, lets have it. Flippin Jon Moss scares me more than the 6 changes..... Isn't he the tool, who sent Schmeichel off at the City Ground and let Findley completely annihilate one of our defenders in a late equaliser a few seasons ago...? Yep that's him.
Unabomber Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Stringer just quoted it on RL. We will never know then.
Kitchandro Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Well that's a far-fetched analogy if ever there was one. It's not like Hammond is a seriously bad player! Why rest them at all? To make sure they don't pick up any injuries. That's the whole reason of resting a player. Hardly out of character from Pearson when he probably knows what he's doing the most. He knows the squad better than any of us, and probably all of us put together. Why would they pick up injuries tonight more than any other game? It's still an important match, it's like we've picked a team for the match after we're already promoted. If I didn't know better I'd say Nigel was underestimating Wigan. Hammond has contributed nothing to this promotion season, I've seen nothing to suggest he's up to the task of replacing James or Drinkwater. I'm not saying we'll lose, but we're certainly a much weaker side tonight, of that there is no doubt.
weller54 Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 A draw would be great!!... Just keep the unbeaten run going!!!
AKCJ Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Flippin Jon Moss scares me more than the 6 changes..... Isn't he the tool, who sent Schmeichel off at the City Ground and let Findley completely annihilate one of our defenders in a late equaliser a few seasons ago...? I was watching the season review of the 2002/03 season and I couldn't believe how similar that game was to the game against Forest in that season. We went 2-0 up, they got a dodgy pen and then in the last minute Walker went flapping at the ball and they tapped it in at the far post.
jamfox Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 I think person may have one eye on who he wants to take to the next level of the journey. Motivation for this team is helping to prove your worth a premier league contact. They must be chomping at the bit to prove them selves any way. Interesting night ahead COME ON LEICESTER.
Tom17LCFC Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Was in a good mood until I saw Jon Moss is refereeing, dear me, the bloke's an absolute tosser.
Kitchandro Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Hahaha it's embarassing reading this, you think with the position we're in people would trust the decisions Pearson makes. If he feels changes need to be made then he'll make them. He really can not win, for the past few weeks people have criticised him for not changing a winning team and then when he does he gets criticised. That's called a football forum, a place where different people think different things. I've certainly never criticised him for picking his best team.

Edit: I'm ever so sorry, I thought I was taking the piss out of Kingfox there (same avatar) wouldn't have jumped on that if I'd known.
Buce Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 "He does what he wants, he does what he wants, Marcin Wasileswki he does what he wants" "They meet when he wants..."
Rincewind Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Thought he would have waited till Friday but the team looks OK. The ones that have come in have been used as subs so they should be able to do a job. Sheff wed will be a tough game too so maybe Nigel is thinking that the ones that come in can cope with wigan's style of play more than wednesdays.
8starstriker8 Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Was feeling this way before the burbly game and we won 0-2 so lets have it. I wouldn't take a draw nothing less than a win. come on you foxes!!!!
steveherbe Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Hang on though, burnley had their top 4 players out last saturday, and....... ok, I see what you mean. WE'RE DOOOOOMED!
Fox Ulike Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Four of these players (King, Konch, Dyer, Moore) have been instrumental to the success we have had this year. Wood is an enforced change. hammond is the only surprise choice. Its not as if we are introducing a bunch of untried players.

I'm not saying we'll lose, but we're certainly a much weaker side tonight, of that there is no doubt. Are we? Moore, Dyer, Konchesky have all played a part in this unbeaten run, King was part of the early season good form, Wood has two in two games, the only real issue you seem to have is with Hammond playing.
