Talking about getting his hair cut at the start.

I go to Algeria a lot, went last year.

Always came to this barber with my dad, since I was young.

Chose Algeria because his dad is from there, went there a lot on holiday with him and his brothers.

Was surprised and pleased by selection but going to keep work harder to play better etc, standard stuff

Difficult group in the world cup like all of them but believes Algeria can get through because they have a tough opponent in Belgium up first so they'll be motivated (I think).;

He likes Messi, calls him the best player of all time.

Also likes Ben Arfa and others, thinks they play the same way as him.

I'm sure I've missed bits there but nothing revelatory!

Mais non monsieur, ok une petite, le girafe est sous le lit, le tigre est dans la douche, le chimpanze est sur la table. That syllabus of chanting combinations of animals, furniture and in/on/ behind/under really set me up for life as a bilingual jet setter didn't it.

Some key phrases to listen out for though are:-

Jamie Vardy debut le fete - Jamie Vardy start the party

Le fille de Pearson - Pearsons daughter

Merde - Derby or Forest

I can't speak French. So I'll let the funky music do the talking talking.

I'm disappointed in that, Webbo, considering you're such a great poster across the 60's, 70's & 80's music threads.

It's a long time since I done French. But I believe he's saying that to get to the Boulangerie one should turn left at the bottom of the street, then it's straight on. He goes on to say that it opens at 10am, but it's closed on Sundays.

For the ones who don't know yet, it's "Thé à la menthe" by La Caution (as heard in Ocean's Thirteen).

As for the video, I find it a bit odd he's wearing his LCFC jumper in private, too.

But good job at promoting the club in Sarcelles.

C'est un rêve devenu réalité d'être impliqué avec Leicester City et jouer pour l'Algérie dans la coupe du monde, au Brésil. C'est ma conjecture

I'm still waiting to use the first thing in French I learnt at school -   "Le singe est dans l'arbre" .    I'll pop down to Twycross Zoo

I can't speak French, but I can communicate via the medium of interpretative dance.

The first 4 minutes are absolutely nothing, he talks about how he last visited Algeria a year ago and how he went frequently when he was younger. He talks about how Nassim always cuts his hair.

At the airport he is asked why he chose Algeria.

"I chose Algeria because my father is Algerian. I visit there with my brothers and my family. I have a lot of family and have had a lot of good times there, It's my country. I love this country and I want to wear the shirt, and I will make the most of it for sure."

I think he says that he has been picked in the selection (perhaps this aired before this was announced?) and he wants to work hard to go far and play with the best. He knows Algeria have a tough group but feels they can do something especially in their first game against Belgium. The challenge will motivate them. He always wanted to play on a stage like this and is thrilled to play with players he admires, especially Ben Arfa, Di Maria. He has never prepared like this before,

II've missed a few chunks but that's the gist. He definitely doesn't mention Leicester.
