surrifox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 QPR never made a confirmed bid as far as we know, but Redknapp said their chairman had been talking to Watford. I don't think it's just a case of faxing over a bid these days and seeing if they accept it, I'm sure there will be dialogue with them to see what they want. probably the dialogue began with something along the lines of " its really the manager's job to engage in these discussions with you but since mine is such a shifty git I can't rely on him to handle anything financial and have to do it myself"
dannythefox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Remys training with the first team in Ireland looks like he could be staying. Hopefully we'll get deeney now would be a addition to the squad. Then wood will go out on loan or be sold.
Walshy5 Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I really dont want this to happen! Bad attitude. Overpriced and to top it all off i cant forgive him for that moment!
BirminghamFox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Sky Sports News says he's likely to start match this Saturday with Watford as 7.5 million refused so it's gonna take a big offer to turn things around!
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I really dont want this to happen! Bad attitude. Overpriced and to top it all off i cant forgive him for that moment! His attitude seems fine to me after coming from prison? Never caused any problems or demanded a transfer etc and looks fine with his team mates too... or am I missing something?
sylofox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I really dont want this to happen! Bad attitude. Overpriced and to top it all off i cant forgive him for that moment! You know him personally then.
Banks Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 'He's got a bad attitude', some of our fans are so stupid hahaha
kingfox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Still can't believe fans will take Ulloa, but not Deeney as well, who has a better scoring record. 25 goals last season, more than Vardy, Nugent & Ulloa, but I don't want him because he has "bad attitude". Get bloody real, pathetic from some fans.
Soar Fox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 What's this bad attitude people are going on about? If anything he seemed very respectful about our club and fans last season after the playoff defeat. Super_Horns probably will be able to confirm this, but he seems to be one of the most popular and liked player at Watford.

If anything he seemed very respectful about our club and fans last season after the playoff defeat. Super_Horns probably will be able to confirm this, but he seems to be one of the most popular and liked player at Watford. He's got a bad attitude cos he had a fight once and went down for it. He's paid the price done his time and seems to keep himself to himself now. Not like he's a fvcking peado is it? But for some reason some on here can't let it drop I guess they have never done anything wrong ever.
BigMicky Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 You know him personally then. I do. And he is a changed man.
Babylon Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I don't want a man who has kicked another man in the head playing for my club. But Vardy punching someone is presumably fine, along with Wes Morgans drink driving.
AKCJ Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 But Vardy punching someone is presumably fine, along with Wes Morgans drink driving. "Presumably" being the key word.
Jon the Hat Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Leicester are apparently readying a third bid for Watford's Troy Deeney but Watford want £10m. Lordy. That would be money well spent. It always works when promoted sides just buy the players who were good against them last season. This made me chuckle for some reason.
sylofox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I don't want a man who has kicked another man in the head playing for my club. I do we need someone with real bollox someone that won't get muscled out. After we have him would like a CM that fits the same bill.
Babylon Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 "Presumably" being the key word. You must hate going down to watch that bunch of criminals.
sylofox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I do. And he is a changed man. Good and he'll be a prem player soon too.
Soar Fox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 You must hate going down to watch that bunch of criminals. Bet he hated it when Jamie Lawrence played for us in the 90's.
Brooksy Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Troy Deeney is likely to start the season with Watford after interested clubs failed to match the club’s valuation for the striker, Sky sources understand
kingfox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 I don't want a man who has kicked another man in the head playing for my club. No Nile Ranger though is he.
AKCJ Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 You must hate going down to watch that bunch of criminals. I wouldn't say I hate it. I just don't like the idea that people convicted of drink-driving and affray are idols to the next generation of Leicester supporters. What's wrong with that?
sylofox Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Troy Deeney is likely to start the season with Watford after interested clubs failed to match the club’s valuation for the striker, Sky sources understand A long way to go to Saturday. Have we put this bid in yet and has it been refused?
Bluetintedspecs Posted 4 August 2014 Posted 4 August 2014 Well I'm not paying any attention to any of this until the quality poster from the Watford forum confirms the meeting and offer! Tales of Asterix , Steptoe and the curled up sandwiches are by far the highlight of this thread "Eat eat" quality

I just don't like the idea that people convicted of drink-driving and affray are idols to the next generation of Leicester supporters. What's wrong with that? Your just worried we won't win the fair play league. Well personally have a few hard b4stards and stay up. Shame a few people like you judge someone for ever over a mistake. And for all you know they may have started on him but cos he is handy he finished it off and got done for it. And most of the next generation of fans would know fvck all about it until a do gooder like yourself points it out to them.
