purpleronnie Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 PSG and Barca to go through, not sure about Arsenal, depends on what side turns up on the night.
Guest MattP Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 Messi v Mangala lol Great draw for Arsenal, it would be too funny if after 17 years Wenger won this and finished 5th.
Finnegan Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 I'd like PSG to win but I don't think they're a complete enough team to stop Chelsea. I hate saying it but I can see them being finalists again this year. Ridiculously good team if Costa stays fit.
Corky Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 Man City must love the new sides they face every year in the Champions League.
ealingfox Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 Can see City running Barca a lot closer this year.
StanSP Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 It's that age-old saying. 3 out of 8 ain't bad.
Mike Oxlong Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 And in other news Everton are to face Jimmy Savile's favourite team in the Europa League.
bovril Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 And in other news Everton are to face Jimmy Savile's favourite team in the Europa League. Teenage Cadavers of Lucerne?
Mike Oxlong Posted 15 December 2014 Posted 15 December 2014 Teenage Cadavers of Lucerne? Ha ha! You've got the drift.
Guest ttfn Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 Just turned on ITV's coverage and the presenter doesn't look like a walrus. I am confused and slightly put out.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 Chelsea won't be parking the bus tonight. Chelsea park bus before even kicking off at Paris St-Germain Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been accused of parking the bus in matches and his side are seemingly better at doing it on the pitch than in the car park. Ahead of the Blues' meeting with Paris St-Germain at Parc des Princes on Tuesday night, images emerged of their team coach lodged in a gangway on its entrance to the stadium. Mourinho, who has also criticised other teams for parking the bus (playing very defensively), will hope his defenders can move more nimbly than their method of transport when they face the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edison Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi . The timing of Chelsea's somewhat chaotic entry to PSG's home comes three days after the French champions dished out a tongue-in-cheek tweet when they were 2-0 up against Caen on Saturday. PSG were "forced to park the bus" according to their account. Much like the Chelsea bus driver's effort they were found wanting as Caen scored twice in the closing minutes to level.
ScouseFox Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 11 men behind the ball now pls jose nice one thanks see ya later
Jimothy Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 Thort Andy Townsend had got the sack? Chiles was sacked and left immediately, but Townsend just hasn't had his contract renewed, which runs out at the end of the season.
ScouseFox Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 Townsend is the Mark Warburton of ITV. i'd go more with frank lampard myself. can see him pitching up on bt sport and winning them the league next year
Guest ttfn Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 "He gave it a clout, but it was always curling away from the target". Vintage Tyldsley as he commentates on Zlatan's free kick going OVER the bar.
Jaspa Posted 17 February 2015 Posted 17 February 2015 The defensive acumen of this London team was momentarily diminished
