Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Should be a relatively quiet day. Nige wants a striker so maybe something there, with Wood or GTF out on loan I would guess if anything does materialise coming in, but other than that can't see much happening, hopefully we won't have to fend off bids for our better players.
Dan Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Deadline day and the wankfest that surrounds it is everything wrong with English football. Cringeworthy and shite.
STUHILL Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Two more players. Striker and Winger Think we will get striker on permanent and then maybe look to loan market for a winger Or he may just get an attacking player who can play across the front
Fox42 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Deadline day and the wankfest that surrounds it is everything wrong with English football. Cringeworthy and shite.I find it hilarious. It's all about Jim White and the yellow ticker <3
Danno Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Deadline day and the wankfest that surrounds it is everything wrong with English football. Cringeworthy and shite.People genuinely take days off work to watch this shite
Howard9 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 We need a striker, thats about it, McGoldprick isn't the answer, look at someone else nigel
Hack Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 I think we will be very active. Would not be surprised if we get 2 loans and at least one more permanent player.
crazylegs1984 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 I won't lie I watch it religiously take days off work book them as holiday it's a exciting day , the final day you know why your team will look like till at least January as we can't even get anyone in on Loan now we re not in the championship. This is it judgement day and something out of the blue always happens who's in and who's out it's part of the passion for football
Fox42 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Didn't Pearson do most of his business during September last season?
weller54 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Yer, Pearson will plan early (get his business done by 10pm)!!!
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Well I'll be glad when 11pm comes and I get my life back, my refresh button thumb can recover and my mobile Internet allowance doesn't get hammered Would still like to see 1 or 2 additions today though
Simmo86 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Got a SSN reporter at Leicester. Will our mongies be worse than Stokes?
Finnegan Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Winger. Forget strikers and central midfielders, we had little cover last year and have the same number this year. Strikers aren't wingers. Another Mahrez or even Dyer please, a bit of pace and skill. Don't mind if it's a loan.
Strokes Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Keep the squad as it is, no value left on this day.
dorsetboy Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 i wont be to concerned if nothing is done but it would be nice i do feel though that we are lacking a quality left sided player to compete with jeff when he came off we put vardy there and then it didnt really work so took off ulloa for drinky to come on to shuffle things about. we should have kept dyer i feel yesterdays game showed that we missed that type of impact replacement as he would have had mertesacker for breakfast . i think sakho from wolves would be a good replacement up front ulloa and vardy would be first choice with nugent as back up wood out on loan or sold the thing is would a good striker want to come and bench warm so a loan striker might be a better choice ? midfield i think we are fine here now with king, hammond, cambiasso, james, drinkwater for what looks like 2 spots in a 4-4-2 might even see hammond now leave that cambiasso is in as we would have 3 cdm possibly bring in a quality cm with good passing and vision cb moore and morgan are fine but the back up are worrying with was being very slow and upson injured think we might see a defender brought in outs wood , maybe hammond and let gtf go if anyone comes in for him sorry if layout looks pants my stupid phone is playing up
ozleicester Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Any chance of us losing anyone? Mahrez?.. Knocky?... Moore?... Schlupp?.. just a few that spring to mind
weller54 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Outs.. Wood, Knockaert and Ginster Taylor Fletcher In... Mcgoldrick, Powell
Happy Fox Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Any chance of us losing anyone? Mahrez?.. Knocky?... Moore?... Schlupp?.. just a few that spring to mind I reckon we will receive an enquiry for Mahrez but we will tell the club to do one!!!
Superpants82 Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 This is a long shot But with the trouble at Watford and looking at @T_Deeney on twitter this morning could he leave despite signing a 4 yr contract at watford. Get his agent to phone leicester and beg to come
m4DD0gg Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 What about Welbeck? According to most papers he is available for a £4m loan fee, ManU pay his wages. Surely worth a phone call?
Happy Fox Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 What about Welbeck? According to most papers he is available for a £4m loan fee, ManU pay his wages. Surely worth a phone call? Spurs have got him supposedly.
benpicko Posted 1 September 2014 Posted 1 September 2014 Spurs have got him supposedly. Yeah and he's more likely to go to them than lower mid-table rivals like us
