Pearson was 100% right

He hates that we got drawn into Burnley's game and gave away points.  He knows we should have done better.  How could we drop points to THIS LOT, of all clubs?

Who doesn't hate the Dyche-bag and his poor-ugly-baby-that-only-a-fan-could-love club?  Be honest now.  How many really want to see them survive?

He said what everyone feels in a moment of exasperation and annoyance and we crucify him for it.

We will forget about playing Burnley soon enough.

I personally think he was right and i'm not surprised at what he said. Burnley is like the carbuncle on the face of misery. They  are always coming out with the we've got no money but we're holding our own and we have players who give it 100% for the club. So Fvckin What! Dyche is still a Ginger twat, Turfmore is a proper shithole, and the whole town is full of miserable twats and women who want to kick your head in, even their own stewards can't stand their fans. I know from experience having spent a couple of forgettable weeks working there.

Radio Leicester are obsessing over it now. It's great for the Pearson haters, gives them an opportunity to have a go at him because they've not had chance thus far.

It's not important, it just gives them a stick to beat us with when we go up there which is added pressure we can do without. Generally Pearson's done well with his media comments this season which makes this one even harder to understand.

Still not heard his comments, but from an article in a Burnley paper I don't see any problem with it.

He thought Burnley were crap and we should have won, so do I.

He didn't say a lot to be honest. He was just very very pissed off, much like us fans

Try sounding more childish. My dad's bigger than your dad, by the way.

All of the quote was correct....

Fan wise, player wise, staff wise, finances wise, owner wise we are superior.

Just like United were to us....but we managed to beat a side which was far superior one to the side you faced.

The only thing Burnley clearly have over us is their history.

Whether that's true or not. I wouldn't swop.  Burnley's my club, and just because Leicester hast vastly more money, which they have spent on a significantly newer stadium, better training facilities I dare say, and allegedly better players, does not mean Leicester is a better club.  Just as I wouldn't expect any of you to believe that Burnley were a better club than Leicester if we happened to move to a big city and got a moneybags owner - no, not even if we built a ground even bigger than yours.

My team is Burnley, and because my team is Burnley that means that Burnley is better than all the rest.  QED.

Woah, woah, woah.

Hold on a moment.

So Dyche has 7 months of constant digs in the media about how we've bought our success (a complete lie and a poor attempt at hiding envy) and the moment Nige swipes back (with the truth) it makes him a knob?

Nope, not having that. Go back to fondling Sean's tangerine arsehole and give him some bloody Jakemans anarl.

wow made my first trip to that shit burnley forum for a long while.

pearson's "truth hurts" post match comments - 195 replies.

everything else about the match, the great point they earnt, their fans being quite loud second half, their own manager, any other thing available to comment on - max of about 60 odd replies. he's really pissed them off lol. for that i'm glad he said it whether it was a bit disrespectful or not.

No, that's where you're getting a ridiculous sense of self-importance.  When Sean Dyche talks about Burnley not having as much money as every club in the league, you reckon he's talking about Leicester and no-one else.  He's not - when he talks about Burnley, it's because he's talking about Burnley, not Leicester - you are nowhere near as important as you think you are.  When we lost to Chelsea and Dyche mentioned money, he wasn't having a dig at Leicester, and why on earth anyone would think of Leicester when we were playing Chelsea is beyond my imagination.

He made one dig about Leicester spending a lot of pound notes.  Just one.  You lot have been banging on about that for 7 months, even on this very thread when many of you are saying how right your manager was to brag about having much more money than Burnley.

Sean Dyche is a sore loser, he spent months moaning about how much we had apparently spent. He's an arsehole and a manipulative ****, getting the media on his side with by waffling on about how his side operates, basically saying we're shit and have to smash the ball up to That twat with a silly name to create goal scoring opportunities, and #relentless, what the **** is that? Are you an energy drink?

Nigel was well within his rights to say what he said, After months of biting his tongue. It's flattering that Burnley see us in the same light a Real Madrid, but we ain't.

You're definitely confusing him with Pearson there.  It was Pearson who said Burnley were a long ball team, though I don't remember him criticising Jutkiewicz for his name - I think he's got too much sense to risk the bogus self-righteous racist claims if he did.

Dyche spent one minute "moaning" about how much you have spent.  He hasn'r repeated it.  You have spent 7 months moaning about what he said.

Dyche doesn't actually need to say anything now, he's convinced the world, whether it's right or wrong, that you've achieved a miracle (hasn't there been a book about it?) and the press, pundits and most other fans respect him very highly.

He plays the media game extremely well and I do give him credit for that as he's got no pressure of the sack, criticisms from the outside and can just get on with his job.

He says it about everyone, that is why it is brought up here. The guy is a screb.

No, he's been talking about Leicester. I'm talking about our time spent in the Championship as rivals and our time spent in the Premier League as rivals. I don't care what he said about Chelsea, because we're not Chelsea.

He's talking about being competitive without money, but he wasn't top of the competition. We were.

According to him, the only difference has been our mountains of cash.. He's been a right bitter **** about it for 7 months.

Wanna know the difference between Dyche and Pearson? After our game with Chelsea, Nige blamed our failure to take our chances. Dyche blamed his lack of funding. Says it all.

Not quite in the same league as calling Wenger an expert in failure - which patently isn't true.

Nigel was cheesed off, showed some pashun. As long as it doesn't come back to bite him in the rear all is well. He told the truth. Sean Douche can whinge all he likes. Doesn't change anything.

It was the "market leaders" comment that pissed me off, we pissed all over the championship, and Burnley in the process, because we were streets ahead of anyone else, not because of money, because of past experiences forcing us to mature as a group, and do anything to win. Dyche think of that part?

Posted

Of course it's because of money.  Your ground is bigger and newer because a lot of money was spent on it.  If your training facilities are better, it's because you've spent more money.  If your players are more expensive and on higher wages (which they are), it's because of money.  If, as Mr. Pearson appears to think, every single element of your club is better than ours, it's because of money.

Face the facts.  Your owner has given the club £120m in free gifts, and has promised £180m more, and you come from a big city which means you have more fans.  That means you have more money.  If you're better than us, it's because of money.  Not history, not winning trophies, just money.  The only club in a big city, in fact the only club in a big county, and a rich rich owner who doesn't mind spending money.  When you didn't have money, you were a tinpot outfit that couldn't pay for your own ground and were willing to rip off the lender to get it for tuppence.  Now you've got money, it's "we're bigger than you, we're better than you, we've got more money than you."

Owen Coyle went to Bolton because he said Bolton was 10 years ahead of Burnley.  Don't brag so much about being Billy Big-Time now, because it might not last.
