Next season who would you like to see come in?

Waste of space.

The Sunderland fans think he's useless.

He could be playing League 1 football in five years.

Disagree. Man City wrecked him confidence wise only played 17 games at Sunderland and scored 3 not bad for someone getting used to playing again. Sunderland have been woeful even defoe looks bad in that side.

Troy Deeney without a doubt.

Every bit as good (better?) than Ulloa.

Personally I'd rather go with a triumvirate of Vardy, Nuge and Kram. playing a passing and speed game.

James Wilson,

Hasn't been prolific this season at Man U, but has shown his quality - no way good enough to establish himself in the United team.

Contract is up at the end of the season.

We haven't poached a United striker prospect yet.

Ashley Cole

What kind of stuff do they put in the food in Hong Kong?

IF we stay up, which im assuming this thread is about

I think UNLESS they are serious potential, we need to be setting out sights a lot higher than championship players personally. Sure, the odd one here and there can have a big impact, but not many.

We should be looking at players from the top leagues in Europe who have some pedigree behind them already. Even Kramaric has that behind him already.

If we stay up we need to be doing a lot more than aiming for average Championship strikers and midfielders again, especially now Wigan's down and we can't target all of their midfield

an established premier league striker.

no more risk taking, as although Ulloa is top scorer he is a bit of a donkey apart from split second finishing.

An out of favour striker at a top flight club

This. Striker should be the least of our concerns right now unless someone really special becomes available and we can sell Ulloa.

So then we'll have Nugent, Vardy, Kramaric, Ulloa, and this established Premier League striker who could easily be in the starting 11 up front, yet all season we've been lamenting the fact that we spent all pre-season attempting to bring in more strikers rather than strengthening the defence or bringing something new to the midfield. Nugent's had an impact on a lot of our great performances this season, Vardy's finally finding his feet in this league, Kramaric clearly has all the talent in the world and is one for next season, and Ulloa's proven he can score in this league despite his lengthy drought. Maybe if we're getting rid of Ulloa for somebody better this would make sense, then we'll have a front 3 of Nugent, Vardy, and Kramaric or this other striker.

Marcell Jansen would solve any LB problems. Hamburg aren't extending his contract which ends in June. 30 years old, 6'3", around 50 caps for Germany. Put him in the same line as Huth and that's a stout defense.
