Monsell1976 Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Can't say I blame some people.. Freezing prices sounds good but if we get relegated then it might feel like paying a premiership price for a championship ticket... We do get an extra 4 games, and the increase last season wasn't that great, as I have said before we are not the cheapest, but surely not the dearest
Corky Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Although it's 4k down on this season, it's about 4k more than last season. That's a decent effort considering it looked nailed on for relegation when everything was released to renew.
Harry - LCFC Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Can't say I blame some people.. Freezing prices sounds good but if we get relegated then it might feel like paying a premiership price for a championship ticket... Prices went up by c6% this season. Accounting for inflation that means that, were we to be relegated, people would be paying about the same for Championship football as we were last time we were there. Even if people fail to realise this surely they know that these 'Premiership prices' we've been offered aren't a heck of a lot higher than the Championship ones?
Livid Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Despite whinging like crazy a few weeks ago, i'm not Pearson's biggest fan or critic (leaving that there!), I renewed before the Swansea game. £35 a month isn't bad plus and don't shoot me (and I sure as hell don't want us to go down) but I kind of miss the Championship. The PL is great you get all the money, exposure, play the big teams but our local games are Villa, West Brom and Stoke. Maybe we were stuck down there for too long but I miss the games against Forest, Derby, Leeds, Wolves etc.
AyewJoking Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 they obviously knew Schlupp was going to Swansea
Guest Col city fan Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Renewed already. .. 4000 Prawn and Sandwich types..
Voll Blau Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 I've enjoyed this season more than any at the new ground. Can't wait whatever division we're in. Hope the daft old woman in the queue for STs last year moaning there should be entertainment put on for people in the line, before launching into a tirade against standers at aways, has jacked hers in.
promised land Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Will sellout if stay up easily I bet most the 4k weren't people who renewed last year but probably got a ticket for Prem football Probably fans of the top four clubs to boot.
foxfanazer Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Renewed already. .. 4000 Prawn and Sandwich types.. 3,999
Suffolk exile Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 So around 18,000 renewed - given we don't know which division we will be, this is superb! I have never been able to afford a ST, but it is a dream of mine. Maybe one day!

dayday Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 After upgraded a ticket for the Chelsea game, I was told that you have only 24 hrs to renew you're season tickets. This was on Tuesday,I told the guy is this some sort of joke,As I had heard nothing from the club. He said it was no joke,it was a change in club policy. Well if I had not upgraded a ticket I would be none the wiser

dayday Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Really? They've been sending me emails and texts every week for about a month. I also had a brochure through the post.... Yes really,I was aware the season ticket price was cheaper if renewed, not aware I could lose my seat Last season I never renewed until the middle to late May
Guest ttfn Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 I live permanently in my overdraft and the cost of a season ticket gets me a couple of city breaks in Europe which I'd frankly get more enjoyment out of. If that makes me plastic, cool. Sometimes I wonder if you're real or just a moose parody hipster account.
Guest Col city fan Posted 24 April 2015 Posted 24 April 2015 Sometimes I wonder if you're real or just a moose parody hipster account. Finnegan comes on here and gives it the big un... And it's clear he hardly ever goes to games. Oh the irony....
Dawko Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 How long do you have to be a Plastic supporter for until you can become a Stiff supporter? (Stiff being the antonym of Plastic) My wife always did prefer plastic anyway, .........I have since found out.
Foxes_Kieron Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Personally, I'm going away for University so only my Dad will be getting one this season. Hopefully will catch a few games regardless of what division we will be in
iancognito Posted 27 April 2015 Posted 27 April 2015 19500 have now renewed. Been down to move our seats today and the guy said it was "stupidly busy" after Swansea. That's pretty much 90% with 5 matches still to go. There's no two ways about it, that's a fantastic effort.
Strokes Posted 27 April 2015 Posted 27 April 2015 If they get to general sale I will be buying two new tickets this year, the foxes will have a brand new supporter too, as I will be taking my son down. Just got permission off the missus
chinna Posted 27 April 2015 Posted 27 April 2015 It's on the official site. Well over 90% renewed. That's amazing considering we do not know what division we will be in.

foxinsox Posted 27 April 2015 Posted 27 April 2015 On upgrades: my son has made every home match this year, but when I renewed a couple of weeks back it looked as if we were heading to the Championship so I asked about upgrades for these (it gets a bit late for a schoolnight alternate weeks). Apparently only 4 upgrades next year, enough for me to take someone from work. There have been some fans taking the mickey by buying a kids ticket and upgrading most matches.

Not sure what you mean but sounds like if you want a shag your best being plastic or have a bit on the side.
