StanSP Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Don Goodman is such a tool. Said it was 'harsh to book' Chris Martin when he dived. Just said it was a 'thrilling' game. It's been mildly entertaining, at best. Hardly thrilling.
One Legged Beaver Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Four games and four draws. What a time to be a Derby fan.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Four games and four draws. What a time to be a Derby fan. Unbeaten in four though...
eblair Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Burnley have just broken their and our transfer record for Andre Gray, when they're in the championship... words are lost on me
The Doctor Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 Well, they are the market leaders with all those pound notes...
RedSoxUK Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 "Signed a three-year contract", for £9,000,000? What a ridiculous price to pay.
RedSoxUK Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 "Andre is a player who we have been aware of since his Hinckley Town days in non-league," manager Sean Dyche said. God, why the **** did you wait to pay the maximum sum to buy him then? Could have signed him from Hinckley for a packet of crisps, what a tool.
Soar Fox Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 I thought that earlier, if you've known about him a while why wait and let him go to 2 other clubs before signing him. He could have got of ridiculously cheap from Hinckley then loaned him out even for a while.
Finnaldo Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 "Andre is a player who we have been aware of since his Hinckley Town days in non-league," manager Sean Dyche said. God, why the **** did you wait to pay the maximum sum to buy him then? Could have signed him from Hinckley for a packet of crisps, what a tool. Hinckley Town? Erm I think he means Hinckley United Remember walking down Hinckley to watch him play vs Halifax. Great to see how far he's rised up to this. Hope to see him prosper.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 I always got the impression he wasn't very good at Hinckley
Stadt Posted 21 August 2015 Posted 21 August 2015 On fm12 handheld he had a place in my Hinckley side even with a money glitch
lgfualol Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Dyche the ****. Can you imagine if we brought him in as manager? He ****ed up their prem season. I cant believe the press thought the likes of him or Lennon would be good for us and shat on us for bringing in Ranieri.
Wymsey Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Hope we meet them in the cup and injure the bloke.
Dan Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Hope we meet them in the cup and injure the bloke. I don't think Dyche will play sadly.
indierich06 Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 So, after all of Dyche's complaining about the money that Leicester City used to build their Championship winning squad, and our recuitment in the Premier League, he goes and spunks 9 ****ing million pound notes up the wall on Andre Gray! Did our promotion winning squad even cost 9 mill in transfer fees?! What's he going to do when he can't fall back on his usual 'poor little Burnley' routine now?
Grewks Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Oh how the massive Burnley have fallen.... In an attempt to match our signing of ex napoli and current swiss captain inler, they sign ex hinckley andre grey for £9 million. They could've bought wood and nuge for that.
chicagofox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 You have to assume the Burnley fans would have rather the twat spent that kind of cash last season.
NewquayFox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 The three teams that get promoted at the end of this season are in for a big share of the record breaking sponsorship deal in the Premier league, the Championship is going to be the toughest it has been for many years.... Up the City.......
Blanesta Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 It will be interesting to hear his excuses if they fail, he won't have the lack of money card to play anymore.
Footballwipe Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Honestly the hypocrisy of Dyche is laughable. Championship manager buying £9 million(!!) championship players for his championship club. At least he knows his level and is settling for it now. On last night's game did anyone see Danny Higginbotham and Ian Holloway after the game last night, standing next to Paul Clement analysing the penalty incident. The pair of creeps magically thought it was a penalty while he was stood next to them. Genuinely think from Simon Thomas' face he was thinking the same, what a pair of begs.
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Are people really still whining about this? Oh ok, let's not talk about it, what with it being a football forum and that.
Cropwellfox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Does that make Burnley 'Market Leaders' now Dyche? 9m is many pound notes. Tool.
Soar Fox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Schmeichel £1 million De Laet £1 million Morgan £1 million Wasilweski free Schluup youth Mahrez £400k Drinkwater £1 million James £1 million Knockaert £630k Vardy £1 million Nugent free I make that just over £7 million on our championship wining team.
