They had a game like this last season- no ideas, useless performance but the opposition couldn't put them away and they spawned a late draw. Leeds look a neat side and fully deserve their lead.

If I were a Championship side not doing brilliantly (Even if it is early on in the season) i'd certainly be looking at him to come in.

None of this bollocks about a tough league- if you have the quality, you have the mentality you should go up. Lose this, Ipswich or Brighton win that match and they're 9 points from the top by the end of August. That is a long way back.

The reality is that they needed a bit more quality. Instead they have just bought quantity of the same type of player. Carson - very similar to Grant Baird - Christie far better for an attacking side Shackell - minor improvement on Buxton Ince - only notable signing The bench had four new signings - I think only Weimann could be considered a bit better than the quality they had.
