AKCJ Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Stoke are proper bellends aren't they? At least put in a slight bit of effort ffs. Imbula is a disgrace.
AKCJ Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 If Stoke could play the offside trap they'd be half decent.
AjcW Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Christ if Spurs were more direct they'd be lethalTold you lol
ScouseFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 not having this being a big deal though. spurs were meant to win, they've played as well as expected an the new road inn fc reserves would've scored 3 or 4 against stoke tonight. onto next week still miles in front. next.
AKCJ Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Here's hoping that Charlie Adam has his extra sharp studs on.
Les-TA-Jon Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 not having this being a big deal though. spurs were meant to win, they've played as well as expected an the new road inn fc reserves would've scored 3 or 4 against stoke tonight. onto next week still miles in front. next. 5 points is not miles ahead though is it? We can only afford to drop 4 points if Spurs carry on like this...
ScouseFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 it pleases me so so much that these are so good yet so far behind us . so funny. we are fu cked when football uses spurs rules that a 4-0 win gets more points than a 1-0 win though we really are.
ScouseFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 5 points is not miles ahead though is it? We can only afford to drop 4 points if Spurs carry on like this... it is miles when you only have 4 games left. we basically have to mess up at least 50% of our games and they have to be flawless in 100% of theirs. that is a huge ask no matter how many they score past a hopeless stoke tonight.
The Doctor Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Any team that has Ryan ****ing Mason as a regular in the match day squad should be auto-relegated tbf.
fuchsntf Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 SPURS, were brilliant tonight. They have played good, and great football in the last 3 months. Now its a dogfight..but we are still 5 points in front.Pressure though is even. If we were told at xmas, Feb, easter, 6 games ago even without Vardy, thats going to be the postion, we would be jumping for joy. I still believe we will see it out..no probs. This is the PL, it should never be easy...it has to be earnt. Just a small blip within the journey..
ScouseFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 the "best footballing" team hardly ever wins the league. gonna be great when spurs take the "best football" title and we win the league.
nnfox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 The great thing is that Spurs can be brilliant to watch and win every game 7-0 if they like. They can go on and win their next 4 games. That is fine. Even if they do that, they still need us to mess up. Twice.
filbertstreet Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 I reckon Sky have paid off Jon Moss and Mark Hughes to make the title race more exciting, only way it explains two shoddy displays
FireFox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Manchester City and Arsenal are 8 points behind Spurs, with a game in hand. If I was Spurs, I'd be worried about being caught.
RobHawk Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Stoke had more possession so the 4-0 doesn't count does it?
fuchsntf Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 For Spurs the next 2 games..WBA (h)..Chelsea (a) City.........Swansea (h)...Manutd (a). Spurs have been looking exceptional, but remember Lvpool 2 seasons ago..!! Many including me thought they would drop points tonight. I still think they will, IMO just one loss will do. If they win all. Then Still 3 wins for us. So we have to earn it..Thats the PL.
jonesy9 Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Even if Spurms Do nick the title you can take solace in the fact that they have zero class and are a bunch of fvcking no-marks. You have shown much more humility and generosity in your postings.
Carl the Llama Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 *Rocks gently back and forth* "2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need. 2 wins & 2 draws. That's all we need..."
Donut Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 The "Stoke is a tough place to go to" tag has long gone, ever since their team has evolved with more technical players, going to Stoke is no more difficult than any other game. They were dreadfullly bad tonight.
