We held on well because Norwich were good and presented a threat throughout the second half. Vardy was excellent. Kante and Drinky did really well in midfield I thought. Albrighton was a constant nuisance. Jeff was on it today. Fuchs looked good and so did Benny again when he came on. All in all a solid performance. Credit to Norwich, the looked pretty good,

Donut Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Great game. Exciting football by both sides. Our second was magical. Much prefer schlupp in that lw position. 3 at the back looked good at the end. Good to know we can still play that way if we want. Could not see why Ulloa's didn't count, the keeper had come and flapped, he had no chance of getting to that header. Ah well. We won and looked a lot better at the back. Norwich reverted to deep crosses in 90s style. Ironic after their "leicester play scrappy football and our possession game us far superior" 67% possession means nothing when you can't hit a barn door. Kasper redeemed himself at the end after not coming for their goal. Benalouane, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs. Thats a back 4 mate. Magic 3 points.

The Guvnor Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Lot of moans and groans when the line up was announced but the Tinkerman got it spot on, why ever doubt it? Fuchs and Simpson both good games. We were fantastic today at closing players down and Norwich didn't know what to do. Jerome moaning, but his shirt pulling should have been a pen for us. Great performance and result although a bit edgy for the last 15mins. Hope Vardy is ok looked bad at the time.
