You don't think assessing whether the favourite to be the President of the US, probably the toughest job on the planet, is medically fit enough to do the job is newsworthy 2 months from the election?  I suggest you are in a minority there.

I think if she had an unknown condition then fair enough, the fact she's now been diagnosed with a well known condition and is receiving treatment and is expected to recover fully, then I think the speculation can stop. Seems she ill, people get ill, she's not on the face of it got some long running health concern, and she'll be fine.

The Trumpers (Trumpsters? Trumpees?) have been saying for months that she has a neurological condition connected to her accident and blood clot on the brain a few years back.

They were dismissed as conspiracy nuts.  They won't be now.

Even before this, the coughing fits, the refusal to give a press conference, the lolling head movements, being helped upstairs and being accompanied whilst "on tour" by expert neurologists had all set tongues wagging.

Search Hilaryshealth on Twitter and you will see that some people have been going on about her "condition" for months.

This issue won't be going away and I can only see Trump profiting from it.

Plus the very deliberate not talking about her health in the mainstream media.  These are normal concerns about a candidate which appear to have been ignored because of the horror show of Trump.

If HRC looks or performs anything less than a picture of health and competence in the 1st debate, ie any coughing fits or steadying herself on her lectern, and the commentariat will savage her.

It's been a pretty ugly campaign and it is about to get uglier.

hilary is finding the going tough having the weight of the world on her shoulders knowing that only she can stop the trump and having the rest of the world relying on her to do it

All equally as applicable to Trump.

Absolutely, but everyone knows that, Clinton seems to get away with murder within the media.

I can see her getting torn to shreads in the debates, I have this image of Trump just stood there shaking his head as she keels over.

I agree. She has done hardly any 'pressers' and they do seem to be giving her an easy time. Although, let's be honest Trump loves the lime light and has said enough stupid stuff to keep the media in jobs for decades. I am really of the opinion that she has a more serious condition than is being let on.

Same here, it's just got to the point where it's too hard to turn back as they would probably be gifting the presidency to Trump via carrying on through it or Bernie Sanders being the opponent.

They need to crawl through and then get into a position where she can sit there for 6 months and let Tim Kaine take over after ill health.

If she makes it. Not that she'll die campaigning, but this is huge for Trump. They are going to let the media play their games, and then stoke the fire some more, and as you said be ready during the debates for her to show a little sign of weakness. I think this could cause an upset.

Wouldnt it be some sort of justice if hillary had sexual relations with monica Lewinsky in the oval office? Sickening of course but just saying lol

She really doesn't look well at all, I do hope people aren't pushing her here as her health is still more important than any campaign. Watching that video again Reagan made a better effort to get into a vehicle and that was after being shot.

The delegate would decide if she withdrew so they don't need to worry about Bernie Sanders being the candidate.

Hillary's health has been noticeably poor for quite some time, but to question it, is to be labelled sexist! Well that's been proved to be ridiculous now hasn't it lol Now this occurs and even in the couple of days, the story has changed a few times.

So originally it was that she fainted due to the heat, despite it being only around 25 degrees and breezy in New York on Sunday, then it switched to Pneumonia, which she was apparently diagnosed with on Friday, and now apparently half of her team were struck down with this vicious, extremely contagious strain of Pneumonia last week and had to go to the hospital too lol Which one is it? If it was so violent, why not cry off? It wouldn't be the first time. She's been almost anonymous for months at a time anyway. At least get your story if you're going to lie to everyone yet again. If half your team and yourself have contracted this serious infection, I also don't think setting up that staged photo opportunity with the little girl was a good idea either lol

American media now suggesting that Joe Biden is being set up to take over from her, should she be pulled from the race in the near future. I'm still waiting for one huge, last attack on Trump or even an attempt on his life. Ok, that's perhaps going a bit far and sounds a bit crazy, but considering how mad the entire election cycle has been so far, you wouldn't be surprised.

I guess time will show whether or not this health thing is just a storm in a teacup or something more serious. But, in any case, one of the US's finest Presidents was wheelchair-bound due to polio and the right-wing idol Reagan did pretty much his entire second term with his head near-gone from Alzheimers, so it's not like this is a new situation.

The DNC have really handled it badly, though.

She has an extremely contagious pneumonia strain diagnosed on Friday and she's been campaigning for days afterwards amongst crowds of people, thereby spreading it far and wide. If true that's seriously flawed judgement.

If Trump doesn't win, I guarantee there will be civil unrest as some of his followers will determine that the system was rigged against him and must be opposed.

HRC stands a chance of an attempt on her life being made if she wins in November. I don't see the same being true for Trump, though no doubt he will say things on the way out of the campaign that will be verging on tacit promotion of violence.

Trump has already had attempts on his life just as a candidate, that kid from over here is up in court for it. I don't know if the US is different but over here it's the left who start protesting and crying when election results don't go their way, I can only see civil unrest if Trump is elected.

I am looking forward to the first debate on Monday, it's going to be absolutely savage.

John Oliver has already pointed out some clips where Trump is already fanning the flames. Overtly saying that if he doesn't win XYZ state that it can only be down to rigging the vote. He's getting the back up and the pitchforks in the hand of his most fervent supporters.

Whoever wins there will be unrest. Trump loses and it'll be "rigged," Clinton loses and people will be out on the streets protesting the vote. The weeks after the election are not going to be pretty, that's for sure

The Trumpists will almost certainly be enraged. He's already made comments to the effect of, "If I lose, the system is rigged against me..." and encouraged demonstrations in the result of a Trump loss in November.

I recently exercised my Second Amendment right to purchase a firearm, and I am sure I won't be the last to do so for the first time prior to this election. This also was prompted by the considerable unrest in my city at the moment.

Most Trump supporters are already angry at the idea of the supposed fabric of their nation being worn away and having to live with a black man being President for the last eight years. Given that and Trumps rhetoric, I'm not really sure they're going to take the idea of a woman and a Clinton no less in the White House lying down.

The right wing in the US (particularly the social conservatives that Pence is corralling) are no paragons of virtue -though of course they would like you to believe otherwise - and I think it's a mistake for you to believe them as such.

Ted Cruz endorses Trump on his facebook page.

I take back the praise I gave him when he encouraged the electorate to vote for other candidates at the RNC. Just another Republican coward who doesn't put his beliefs first.
