urban.spaceman Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 DSTV have most of the games live, I stream the rest. Welcome to this part of the world! What will you be doing in CT? For away games, I video Skype my brother, but it is the other way around. It is so he can watch the game! I'll be in Cape Town for about 4 months doing an internship with an education company and will be heading northwards after - got family in Botswana so will be heading to Gabs then maybe Chobe/Victoria Falls. I'm aware of DSTV - I once walked into a bar in Livingstone and City were playing Palace on the telly. Got all the locals cheering us on! Hoping I'll be able to have access if we're on regularly then. Cheers.

MC Prussian Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 Just playing music at the moment My LCFC commentary is working fine.
AmyLGK Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 My LCFC commentary is working fine. It's too sensible!
MC Prussian Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 It's too sensible! We ought to take care of Geoff Peters and Conrad Logan - may feel unusual after years of a BBC monopoly, but I suppose they'll be both worth it in the long run. Just need to get used to two new voices.
Craig Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 It's nice to actually know what's going on though
filbertstreet Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 Is it ipad compatible yet? get https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/fli-player/id942463941?mt=8
Richey4Real Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 Never thought i'd miss the witterings of Ian Stringer but this new service aint doing it for me at the mo. Thankfully you can listen to the pre-match build up and post match phone in on radio Leicester and youtube has the goal horn. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radioleicester
adam Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 Well paid my five quid at kick off and not impressed . Sounds like there commentating from someone's bedroom .No crowd noise .I have chinned it off and I'm back with Daz.
Thracian Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 We sound totally uninspired. Most of our players tonight have sat on easy street for weeks yet they don't seem to have raised a gallop. Have we even had a single shot? I don't know how many years Albrighton's been a Premiership footballer but surely enough to learn that it's thoughtless to loft crosses towards the head of giant defenders when our own forwards are a head shorter. Not that either Shinji or Kramaric sounded much like making an impression anyway. It sure sounds like nice work if you can get it. Chilwell's clearly been single out as a potential weak link but sounds as if he's coped well and been pretty tidy. DeLaet too, with his vital block and a handful of important interceptions would seem like a MoM candidate but, yet again, Inler sounds more risk than threat and nothing in the commentary suggests we're carrying the slightest threat or even any sense of urgency. I'm just glad I've not legged it into the mists of Hull to watch what sounds like an excuse for entertainment. Why do they run this competition anymore other than as a training excercise for people who've got nothing much else to do? I just hope we don't get daft injuries bringing on people who could genuinely do with a rest. People knock the likes of Schluppy but. my life, do we miss his pace when he's not there. And everyone else who's sitting on the bench. The least I expected was a bit of attitude and imagination but it all sounded so subdued form our point of view. As if its more of an inconvenience to the players than the chance to make an impression. .
danny. Posted 27 October 2015 Posted 27 October 2015 I've had about 30 people message me! Haven't got time ATM to reply to all, google "premier league pass" (it only works in Taiwan/New Zealand) and "smart dns" (which gets around that), or you can google "kodi" and then "pheonix plugin", which acts as a relay
Oldblueyes Posted 28 October 2015 Posted 28 October 2015 I think the new service is awful. There is no passion or decent crowd sounds so no atmosphere. On Saturday, there was no post match veiws or discussion, the program just suddenly shut down after the final whistle. I for one will not be renewing my subscription. Bring back Radio Leicester, Stringer and Co please.
Cityfan1995 Posted 28 October 2015 Posted 28 October 2015 Commentary? Wow! Will definitely use this over watching games in 1080p video :-/ Please could you PM me too with this info, thanks.
everton carr Posted 28 October 2015 Posted 28 October 2015 Never been a great fan of Stringervand Elliott but the commentary by Peter's and Logan was awful shame
Larry_LCFC Posted 28 October 2015 Posted 28 October 2015 I'm not renewing my subscription. Luckily it's only cup games I need Foxesplayer for. Sooner watch sky sports news. That was abysmal last night. Too far from Leicester to hear RL unfortunately.

I'd then further advise that you could then theoretically download Kodi along with the NBC Sports Live Extra Add On, and watch any Premier League game in HD (3450 kbps) quality. However, I would also let them know that this is highly illegal and is not something I would advise them to do.

Spudulike Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 So Foxes Player is just in a loop with the team news set to some call holding 'music'. No interviews, discussion, nothing .... Shite. Can anyone get Radio Leicester online ?? I know it goes off at kick off but the build up is normally available. Wtf is going on ??

talking_goldfish Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 It was fixed before the start of the season, you would just need to have a Comcast logon to enter onto the add on settings screen
ozleicester Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 its meant to start at quarter to I think - but I'd just try and grab a TV stream Radio Leicester is available online until kick off
