Thracian Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Lawrenson was saying after their win against Bournemouth they will kick on, but I watched that game and Bournemouth were all over them. Newcastle were very fortunate ... bad prediction, but being Leicester he will always predict a loss for us What was it - about 22 shots to 1 in favour of Bournemouth that day and even "The Brolly" said his team had been lucky.
cityfanlee23 Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 What was it - about 22 shots to 1 in favour of Bournemouth that day and even "The Brolly" said his team had been lucky. Yeah someone said during the match that Newcastle would be disappointed to be behind after their game with Bournemouth... Bournemouth were unlucky not to score 5 that match! Makes you wonder how some of these people end up with jobs in punditry/commentary.
Lionator Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 The team is so much better even from that 4-2 win over Sunderland on the first day. It gives me a warm, tingly feeling. Hoffenheim & Montpellier have won the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 in recent years so why can't we go for it?
Master Fox Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Brolly's teams always get smashed by us. It was like playing Derby today.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Defence has improved, that is a worry for the rest of the league
Leicesterpool Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Well that is easy, probably easiest three points we'll get all season. Well I predicted the score right aswell 3-0 . Vardy amazing again, but also I thought Kante was everywhere today and I think he deserves MOTM.

Hoffenheim & Montpellier have won the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 in recent years so why can't we go for it? Hoffenheim have never won it have they?
Wymsey Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Jolly good. Sounds as if Simpson is starting to improve and become more useful.

Hoffenheim & Montpellier have won the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 in recent years so why can't we go for it? And whilst i'm not drawing comparison's, getting carried away or even being serious but didn't Ranieri turn Monaco round from Ligue 2 to a 2nd place finish in Ligue 1?
Wortho Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Absolutely brilliant I can't believe how good this season is going. I hope everyone can keep this going.
foxinsox Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Leicester City, we're top of the league! Top of the table clash with Man U next week. I am clearly hallucinating! But it is rather fun!
justfoxes Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 What with Liverpool beating Man City looks like we're going to be at the summit of the Premier league for a bit longer than a few hours as that knob on Talksport reckoned earlier!! Claudio Ranieri's Barmy Blue foxes Army !!
gerrytaggart Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Amazing result and performance. Imagine we are waiting on a result between man city and liverpool to see if we stay top of the ****ing league!! Unreal times x
FireFox Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 And whilst i'm not drawing comparison's, getting carried away or even being serious but didn't Ranieri turn Monaco round from Ligue 2 to a 2nd place finish in Ligue 1?Spent tons of money though. Apparently he isn't looking to spend in January.

Matt Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Spent tons of money though. Apparently he isn't looking to spend in January. He did spend like £170 million or something Fair enough didn't know that, but like I said I wasn't comparing that with what he is doing here/our situation per se.
Ozwin Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Bought in a prime Falcao too so if we bring in an Aubameyang or a Lewandowski I'll be content with that.
cityfanlee23 Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Fair enough didn't know that, but like I said I wasn't comparing that with what he is doing here/our situation per se. He did pick up martial for about £3m in the process so big signings is not his only capability
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 He did spend like £170 million or something And achieved champions league football finishing behind a massive spending PSG, despite coming from division 1
Bettsj2 Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 As good as we were today, Newcastle were worse than when we beat them at the end of last season. Truly bloody dreadful. Even having said that, from start to finish we were bloody marvellous.
Spudulike Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Blimey, this was posted on a Newcastle forum last night ... "We'll lose, Tiote and Anita will get overrun, we'll have zero creativity and the defence won't be able to cope with Vardy. 3-0 to Leicester." Mystic Mag ??

Even having said that, from start to finish we were bloody marvellous. They aren't worse, they haven't changed still bad... but we are just far better Blimey, this was posted on a Newcastle forum last night ... fuchsntf Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Hoffenheim have never won it have they? no Hoffenheim, didnt hang on, due to an injury to their top striker....Ibesivic,18 goals in 17 matches. They lost the best part of their top 4-5 players , not winning in 12 games after the new year. Oh they also play in Blue white. 2008/2009 they finished then in 7th with 55 points. Shame they were actually brilliant in that 1st half of the season before their winter break , neutrals and media loved them
BenTheFox Posted 21 November 2015 Posted 21 November 2015 Okazaki chipping in with goal of the season.
