Callabinho Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Mist admit I am nervous. This is the perfect tonic for their bad form, plus there's no better manager than Mourinho for toppling over achievers.
Chazwaz Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I feel I might be disappointed with anything but a win, I know i can't believe it either.
CosbehFox Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I hope we've been practicing defending set pieces. Can see Chelsea targeting us from corners.
Leicesterpool Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I feel I might be disappointed with anything but a win, I know i can't believe it either. Likewise, Chelsea are a extremely poor at the moment and this would be an excellent opportunity to take advantage of that.
Merging Cultures Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I can see Chelsea playing well tonight.
Captain... Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Make no mistake Mourinho will be doing everything to get them fired up for this game, and if they aren't then he will be gone, I'm not sure if he has lost the dressing room, or it is just a run of bad form mixed with bad luck and a couple of players massively dropping off from last season. The fact they have qualified fairly comfortably in the end from their UCL group, yet lose to Bournemouth suggests that something is very wrong, and the players are either not responding to Mourinho, or just don't want to. If we win tonight then I could see them sacking Jose, get someone in before January, make some changes, Champions League group stage has been successfully negotiated and then they have a few games in the league to turn things round, before the CL starts again as that would be their only route for qualifying again next year. If we win, they will be 20 points off the top. 20! If they win, then it will show that they are still performing for Jose and they will close the gap to 4th to 11 points, it would still take a monumental effort for them to reach 4th, but it is possible. With some winnable games coming up then a game against United they could close the gap before January to something manageable, especially with Everton and Liverpool set to drop more points. The way we play will expose any of their players who are not up for the fight, it could be a great game, or Chelsea turn up park the bus and hope to snatch a goal from a set-piece. I think if Mourinho tries to set them up like that he will lose the dressing room even more, if he hasn't already.
ramaiya2 Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 We are going to Win Costa and Morgen face off and Costa gets a red card. Kante, Vardy and Marhez all score Come on you FOXES
Wakeyfox Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Mist admit I am nervous. This is the perfect tonic for their bad form, plus there's no better manager than Mourinho for toppling over achievers. Are you the police officer off 'Allo 'Allo!?
Bamba's Babes Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Of course, we don't play any other way. We didn't press Man Utd.
My Nads Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I expect us to win, but I'm not expecting an exciting game. Chelsea play with a similar defensive mindset as Man U so they will have 10 players behind the ball for most of the game. If we can get an early goal they would have to attempt to come out of their own half sooner or later, so fingers crossed we make it an exciting high tempo game.
FLAN Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Hope Vardy is on the bench. Hasn't scored for one game now
Finnaldo Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I expect us to win, but I'm not expecting an exciting game. Chelsea play with a similar defensive mindset as Man U so they will have 10 players behind the ball for most of the game. If we can get an early goal they would have to attempt to come out of their own half sooner or later, so fingers crossed we make it an exciting high tempo game. If they come out in the same style as Man U they'll be annihilated. The only reason Man U are successful in that style is because they're players are/were in decent form (before half were injured) and they probably wouldn't have scored if we had someone with more aerial capability than Okazaki back for the corner. On the other hand Chelsea have been absolutely tragic at the back so if they turn up defensively they can expect a cricket score. Personally I think we'll win 2-0 and they'll be a bit more offensively minded; can see them scoring but that £75 return would help and if Kante ruins Willian's career as he has been doing to opposition players all year I can't see much of a threat.
weller54 Posted 14 December 2015 Author Posted 14 December 2015 This will be like the Yanited game.. We'll give up loads of possession.. They'll definitely score! Really difficult to call! Nervous!!!!
BeerMe Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 The only thing I fear is William stepping up to a free kick. Everyone else on Chelsea is playing below their skill level and the team just isn't clicking. I think Leicester go up 2-0.
RonnieTodger Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 This would be my favourite win in a long time if we pull it off. Get everyone on the line for Willian's free-kicks.
fuchsntf Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 I can see Chelsea playing well tonight. I can see Chelsea playing well tonight. Why arent you going to the KP stadium...???
Merging Cultures Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Why arent you going to the KP stadium...???I'll definitely be watching!! Unfortunately, I needed even more of a bribe than a bag of crisps to get there.
Finnaldo Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 This would be my favourite win in a long time if we pull it off. Get everyone on the line for Willian's free-kicks. We need a stool for Kante to make up for the massive space above his head he'd leave.
