HighPeakFox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I realise this might be deeply unpopular........but who will be the next team to beat us in a PL fixture? I'm going to be a doom merchant/reverse psychologist and plump for Liverpool away.......
Thracian Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 You've got a one in three chance of being right but I can't see a shred of logic in thinking we'll lose. It still makes you seem like a spread of black cloud arriving to shroud a sunny day. I guess we'll just have to dance in the rain.
Finnegan Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I can see us losing on boxing day. Hope not as I'm going but there's got to be a reaction from them. If they're as shit as they were against Watford, we'll smash them, but I can't see it.
Nick Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Hard to say as next seasons fixtures are not out yet.
HighPeakFox Posted 21 December 2015 Author Posted 21 December 2015 I never claimed to be logical! I just wondered when you think we might next lose.........

It's also very unlikely they will play as bad as they did yesterday.
shen Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 As good as we've been, we've also had the rub of the green. A point against Everton should not have been an unfair result. If Liverpool or Man City turn up on the day, we'll have more than our hands full. They both had huge slices of luck against WBA and Swansea respectively too, so Lady Fortuna will have a tough choice... I think either Man City or even Bournemouth could be our next loss.

Luck against swansea? It could and should have been 7 or 8. Yes we may have had the rub of the green with a couple of the goals, I assume you are thinking the offside, but luck had nothing to do with that win.
Oxfordfox83 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Spurs in the Cup. Then smash em in the league 10 days later...
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I think we're going to lose 3 all season, the next being against someone completely unexpected (Norwich or something) and the next loss will be in April. Much like the 4-1 loss to Brighton - we've already won the title so Ranieri and all the squad go out for a massive filthy piss-up and we play hungover and Swansea beat us 4-1, ensuring their survival. A good time had by all, and Vardy earns a new chant when he stops in his tracks and vomits on the pitch after 20 minutes

MANFACE Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I realise this might be deeply unpopular. Spot on.
bluebeau Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 I think & hope we will come away from Liverpool with at least a draw, but I feel that we are in for a tough game & a test of how good we are, when we come up against Man. City. IMO if we can get 3 points against them, then we could go on to win the title!!!
MC Prussian Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Luck against swansea? It could and should have been 7 or 8. Yes we may have had the rub of the green with a couple of the goals, I assume you are thinking the offside, but luck had nothing to do with that win. He was talking about Liverpool's and Manchester City's games against Swansea and West Brom, not ours.

Man City were lucky against Swansea, Liverpool lucky against WBA. Wasn't talking about our games against them
Bayfox Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Man City were lucky against Swansea, Liverpool lucky against WBA. Wasn't talking about our games against them Ah, miss read it, :xmaswink:
Gerard Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Middlesbrough away. Ending our 65 match unbeaten run but we won't worry too much as we've played a reserve side resting our first XI for the FA Cup final and CL Final.
Filbert_Ross Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Spurs in the Cup. Then smash em in the league 10 days later... 3 days later.
MC Prussian Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Thought Heskey was coming back... Sadly, Bolton are playing at Rotherham on Saturday. Would've loved to see him at Anfield as a special guest.
VLC86 Posted 21 December 2015 Posted 21 December 2015 Real Madrid away in the group stages of the champions league, will be irrelevant as we will already have qualified.
