Guest kristianity77 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Bound to lose every now and again and cannot play well every game. If we beat Man City at home all is well again. If we were gonna lose one of the next two you'd have chosen this one anyway. Hopefully DD back midweek because we looked lost in midfield without him. Luckily, the gap down to 5th has only been cut by one point to 8 so its not all doom and gloom.
MC Prussian Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Still two points off the 40. Getting nervous now.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 It was inevitable we would have a bad game sometime, lost 1 nil today away to a very well organised Liverpool side, they were truly up for this... you can't win them all
sdb Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Some harsh things re: King here. He's been excellent and can be forgiven an off day. His bad days are very bad though.
shen Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Without an in form Mahrez and Vardy we look distinctly average. Right side again to blame for goals conceded. Dyer really hasn't offered anything since his cameo against Villa. If we want to challenge for the CL we have to invest in better alternatives, this much is clear. Onwarss and upwards!
Karljohn Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Would have started with Leo today instead of Okazaki We'll turn Man City over, unfortunately the Scousers will go on as long as the left over Turkey.
johnny the fox Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 My fault... I changed my routine today...feel ashamed.
Amin Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Fuchs was awful. Shite defending and shite delivery. He's been excellent so far this season so I'll forgive him today but I hope he gets back to his usual self on Tuesday. The same can be said for everyone bar Kante.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Poor performance but I suppose the run was always going to end at some point Away at Liverpool is hardly a disaster Onwards and upwards to the next game Hope Drinky is fit again soon
Fox 4 Life Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Some harsh things re: King here. He's been excellent and can be forgiven an off day. His bad days are very bad though. He really hasn't been excellent though, creates nothing going forward and Kante has to pick up a lot of his slack
NewEnglandFox Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 No spark except for 40'-45' and 70'+. We deserved to lose that game. I hope Claudio didn't make those subs in preparation for Man City at expense of this game. He should have made a change at halftime and didn't. I hope Okazaki wasn't taken off to be rested for Man City. He was invisible again. King was shit. Kanté was great. Morgan was immense as well.
Ozwin Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 We got Leicester'D by Liverpool. They were brilliant but their fans are arseholes and I can't be arsed with the aftermath now.
Corky Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Shame to lose after the run we've been on but we have a short time to respond and I fancy we will. Wouldn't swap positions with them despite the result.
UPinCarolina Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 If we beat Manchester City, this will all fall slip into the past quite quickly.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 The two games we have lost Liverpool away Arsenal at home, hardly panic time
Goddard Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Mahrez and vardy were piss poor today. Hopefully just a one off.
ashwj Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 How the hell was Benteke not offside?? Few half chances, could have nicked one. Bound to lose a few.
Fridgechef Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 eh, only the second loss of the season... but with the next game literally days away, we need to be better then.
Matt Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Bottom line is King needs to be dropped whether it's Inler or Drinky coming back. He adds nothing King > Inler From what i've seen from Inler, which isn't alot granted but i'd still have confidence in King over Inler.
GorlestonFox Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Only the second game I haven't watched this season The first being against arsenal
Guest Bilo Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Poor performance today, but nobody has lost less games than us this season. Two defeats having already played Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool would have made our jaws drop in August, so let's keep this in perspective. The big news is Vincent Kompany going off injured in their game, get back on track for Tuesday and that makes that particular clash very interesting.
foxes21 Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Only positive is that we are still 9 points clear of 5th. Man city game is going to be pretty huge..
Guest Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 too much christmas pud. Most players were a little below form today. Man City will be a good test for us.
