A Glory Hunter's Guide to following City

That's 1 of the best things I've ever read in the Mercury.

Not sure about this bit though?

8. The etymological roots of the vulgar British term for, um, self-pleasure lie in the age-old Leicestershire verb for to knock. Happily, that's fallen out of use. So don't be tempted to ingratiate yourself with any other City fans you might meet by saying "That goal against Liverpool, eh? Jamie Vardy really wanked that in."

Fantastic piece! Very funny indeed. I was strangely drawn to "it's a Leicester fiesta" song. It reminded me of Boney M's "by the rivers of Babylon". For you youngans it was popular in the UK in 1978. Major single!

The part about Forest had me howling!

Great article. How come we've never made a chant of Leicester fiesta? It has to be done.

Also did anyone click on the 10 decades of Leicester fans photos? Very good but should have had the championship pitch invasion and clock tower celebration at the end.

Brilliantly funny, explains Leicester to the rest of the world, Cosbeh, Enderbeh, Blabeh, and cobs.

Absoluteleh! I remember someone on another thread,a few weeks ago, Leicesterised some of the players names - Kingeh, Drinkeh, Vardeh, Kanteh etc :)
