TiffToff88 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I really hope the morons who take part in this at least wait until AFTER the trophy presentation. Especially if the players have their kids on the pitch again. Anyone remember how terrified some of the kids looked a couple of years back after we were promoted to the premier league? I understand that people want to go onto the pitch and i understand your reasons for doing so, but please, dong be d1cks, wait until after the presentation and the players kids are safely off the pitch!
chinna Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Just let the kids go on the pitch at the final whistle before the presentation.
Bayfox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Totally agree with OP. Pitch invasions should be spontaneous but with a week to celebrate, can't we just allow everyone in the ground to witness the event. Last time it ruined it for a lot of kids in the family stand.
shawy2510 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I will be watching from the stands so theres 1 less on the pitch
Bluetintedspecs Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 There is absolutely no need whatsoever now. Party before, party in the stands, party after, run on the pitch.....moronic! Champions of England we know what we are.
GaelicFox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 No no no no And the club have asked the police for extra support They will link arms at end
ramboacdc Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 as much as i would love to, we wont the title not at home. no point doing it now. can't believe we are discussing this again. who remembers the conga line from SK1 at the scunthorpe game....that was quickly ushered back up the stairs?

I'm not a fan of pitch invasions, but a 32,000 strong conga line lead by Ranieri would be fantastic!
Benguin Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 QPR was a fantastic occasion last year and I hope this is the same but this is beyond anything, I won't personally be going on the pitch but I'd be surprised if people Didn't
ARTY_FOX Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 If people do run on, can they just let the players have their lap of honour. They deserve it
sylofox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Invade the pitch and fvck it up for everyone. Then the lucky 3k can see Wes lift the trophy at the bridge.
Monsell1976 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Eyes of the world will be on this, there is not a bunch of fans who wouldn't invade the pitch, and we will and should. We should invade the pitch when the presentation is done, and I think the club will expect and accept it, after the trophy is safely out the way
Monk Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I won't be there, couldn't get a ticket. Would be superb if we can stand and appreciate what has been achieved without acting like morons. Stay in the stands.
lestajigs Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Ffs if we invaded the pitch for Doncaster, this is defo defo happening

I would expect fans to invade the pitch, but i just hope they have the common sense and decency to wait until the right moment
Leicesterpool Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Yeah I think the fans should just wait until after the presentation we'd hate it to be cancelled because of some idiots running on the field too earlier.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Ffs if we invaded the pitch for Doncaster, this is defo defo happening Haha this.
Nick Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 They'll be too much security as they have time to prepare - this won't happen.
yorkie1999 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 They'll be too much security as they have time to prepare - this won't happen. And this time theyll know whers to put the security.
GingerrrFox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Club have 2 options here: 1) Make it look like they are enforcing the rules but allow the fans a little leeway as its a once in a lifetime moment and everyone is so happy for Leicester City and expects this to happen. 2) Rules with an iron fist and will do everything in their power to clamp down on this. I would hope it's number 1 for some understanding of this momentous triumph however sadly for me it's probably gonna be number 2.
RowlattsFox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I'd love them to lift the trophy from the directors box looking out at a full pitch of fans but it'll never happen. The players walking around the pitch with their wags and kids, some of them taking selfies will slightly ruin the moment for me. They can celebrate with them afterwards, moments like this should be shared between the players and the fans. In my opinion anyway. I think the club will do everything they can to stop it. I know it was different circumstances but man city managed to have a pitch invasion then clear the pitch then do the trophy.
