Wonder if we are still interested in recruitment for the striker department, I don't think we are but I want us to be.
lcfcben76 Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 Samir nasri put up for sale, anyone take him? Would usually be fully against this but reckon he could do a job if his attitude is right, would rather have someone else though

RizLCFC Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 Lemina (CM) and Peres (RB), time to splash £40m on the pair. I wouldn't mind a cheeky bid for Coquelin either.
Livid Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 I want Kante back. We look a little exposed without him. Lingard would have got that shot away yesterday if he had been on the pitch.

Would feel a lot more at ease with midfield options with either in the team. N'Zonzi has PL experience and would probably be relatively cheap. Carvelho was a rock during the euros although more of a sitter. Kante was both a shield and a workhorse which is why it's hard to replace him.

FireFox Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 So have people finally realized that Simpson is shit?
BenTheFox Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 N'zonzi please. Very underrated player in my opinion.

I don't like him as a person but we stopped leaking goals when him and fuchs came in last season, he's been solid most of the time

Rigga Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 We still need a RB , CM AM CF ... Teams are are wise to us, we can not always rely on the counter attack. Nzonzi would fit our type of CM. We need to be able to boss the midfield and the reality is we can't do that with a 4-4-2 anymore..Have not seen Mendy pass it forward yet. Still Juan Mata for me...Don't care what he costs..He is proven
Mezeker Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 I highly doubt there will be anymore signings until after the season start, and probably only if it goes poorly.
Guest Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 instead of offering 17m for Keane I'd prefer we made a couple of cheeky £10m bids for Reece Oxford and Mason Holgate. Both could be future stars and would look nice alongside Chilwell at the back.

At the very least it will unsettle their teams a little and who knows, either of them are worth £10m.
Guest Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 Also Holgate would have a decent chance of starting this season up against Simpson. Oxford would see that huth and Morgan are getting on too.

It's a shame about UEFA squad rules on U21 being so strict...they would worth 15 if they didn't take a spot this year.

ronnup Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 I can't help thinking that Bony is an upgrade on Ulloa and clearly available. Doubt he'd cost much and he's got to be keen to get himself scoring again. I've always liked him, he's an absolute Unit, international / European experience and he's got a great scoring record. Good age too. Proven in the prem with a mediocre Swansea. Just makes sense
Wortho Posted 8 August 2016 Posted 8 August 2016 Is Mahrez on his way? Just seen something on twitter. Could be boll*x.
